Hi! I've been looking for a clinic/hospital/dr. that specialises in eye/lid surgeries, that has a good reputation (obviously lol) and that can perform on caucasian eyes?

The reviews I've read here about eye/lid surgeries are mainly reviews from asians, and since the asian and caucasian eye anatomy is different, it takes a good doctor to be able to perform on both eyes with good results.

 

Me and my friend might go visit and while I'm there I will most likely consult with different clinics soo, if you'd like to have my kakao ID, its Nellaa

Hey y'all, this might sound dumb/stupid or whatever but what do you usually ask when contacting clinics online etc.? Because what I've heard is that you rarely talk to the doctor him/herself but to some translator (?) or staff at the hospital/clinic that speaks english. I might be wrong, I really don't know since I'm just saying what I've heard.

In that case, what kind of questions can one ask when contacting them on kakao/whatsapp etc.? Is it sufficient to only do an online consultation? How do y'all choose to do a f2f consultation with them or not?
