If you check on yelp...he has a few unhappy patients with chin work. I think it’s better to go with a genioplasty rather then an implant. With implants there’s a risk for infection and slight bone reabsorption due to the pressure laying on top of the bones.
Hello- I was wondering What type of facelift do people usually get after cheekbone and jaw reduction surgery? I know there will be skin laxity or sagging afterwards but wondering if a full facelift is needed or just a midface lift to tighten the cheek and jaw area?
can someone recommend a good surgeon in the United ststaes whose skilled in facelift or endoscopic facelift? Finding and trusting one is incredibly tedious. I find a lot of positive reviews are either fake or written by family and friends of the surgeons. Negatives reviews seem to disappear or paid to be taken off sites. Its incredibly shameful that patients can’t make an inform decision when you can pay to remove negatives reviews.
LAll these people talking about facelift to fix sagging after zygoma but thank you for spreading knowledge that a facelift might not work or last on someone who had bone reduction. I wonder what a person’s can do to fix sagging after these type of surgery? Inject fillers into their faces to lift up soft tissue?
I think one girl in this group mentioned a coronal incision is needed for reconstruction so it doesn’t cause further sagging from dissection.
I agree with Denyagan. Korea overly photoshopped their images to lure in patients. No offense but Korean doctors seem heartless or just desensitized with botched work bc it happens so often.
Denyagan, Are you completely fixed or is there minor issues that you’re still dealing with today after swelling went away?
If I live in Hawaii and I email a surgeon from the United States for their medical impressions...is it illegal for him to give me advice bc I live in Hawaii
We all have opinion and won't always agree but let's all be happy for the OP and her kindness in sharing her story.
Ignore the negativity. I'm sure you've been through enough. Stay positive and enjoy your new face and life! Hope you have an amazing life going forward.
For those who were botched-when you're consulting surgeon do you stay on topic do you sometimes talk negatively about past surgeons? How do yu go about it?
