Help concerning the choice of the clinic and prices

Recommended Posts

Hello,
I'm quite new to the whole plastic surgery "community" and right now very determined.
I've decided for myself that I want to do a double eyelid surgery, as well as an asian rhinoplasty to "enhance" my nose bridge.

I'm planning on going this summer (yes, even with this whole situation)
However, I'm just not sure where to go. Initially I had ID and ME in mind since they're both government certified but ID is apparently blacklisted and ME specialises in dermatology. Now I'm having Dream and View in my mind, also Item.
The blacklists here in this forum are sometimes very confusing and contradicting, can you please help me make my choice easier?
Also is there any base price for my procedures ? A rough estimate would be great since I have only a budget of around 4000€
I've also heard that you can bargain when doing multiple procedures... How do you do that? Do you just say "I'd prefer a lower price ..."? I can bargain but I've never done it to change the price of a surgery!

Thank you so much!

For big hospitals being in the blacklist, I think it's also important to know which doctor botched the patients, etc. I didn't go to ID but as I could see when I was there, it's a big hospital popular to both korean and foreign patients. It would not be wise to just cross them off your list without at least seeing them, even though I know the idea of going to a blacklisted hospital sounds scary.

You should have an online consultation with all the hospitals you are interested in, look for their insta, blog, cafe, homepage, etc. to see more B&A pictures, and then I think it is better to decide where to do.
Also, when you have the consultation you can tell them you budget, and see if they agree to it or not, or during the face-to-face consultation you can ask if there is any event that you can apply to get a lower price.
Or just ask "Can you make any discounts?" and see what they answer. ;)

I'm a half Korean, so I contacted the hospitals in Korean, and I think I got the price for the locals, but still for eyes and nose (just silicon and tip plasty, not any correction procedures like hump or crooked nose), I got somewhere less then $4000, so I think you can have the procedures within your budget.

Where did you had your surgery?

I had it at Seoul Queen. It's not that popular among foreigners, but I saw good rhinoplsaty reviews about them on their cafe + other apps.

not quite sure how much rhinoplasty would cost but I did my boob job in korea, but I think if you like the clinic, you should be honest and ask if they can give you discount. I did that as well! :P
