I hope the next consultant will be just as great as Ellen. I've been speaking to Ellen about pricing so hopefully the new consultant will honor it. Good luck on your healing process and keep us updated
Thanks for the reply! I'm so excited to go in August. Wow they gave you a receipt for tax refund too? I thought they either give you a discount or the tax refund. So glad to hear they gave you a tax refund as well
Thanks so much for your review! You've helped me make my decision. I have read nothing but great reviews about MVP. Is it possible to actually request a dr to do a procedure? And were you happy with the price they quoted you? Did you have to wait long for a surgery date?
I'm also thinking of going to MVP and Item. MVP quoted me a very reasonable price for des. Item was on the higher end. I'm going to Seoul in August. Is there a kakao group for July or August?
Does anyone know if the double suture and twist method for double eyelid surgery is used in Korea? If you can name a few, it would be quite helpful. Thanks
Your parents are so cool. I told my mom about getting des and she freaked out a little bit. But it definitely is cheaper than the US and the results are much better in Korea.
That's a good idea. I actually read on another thread where someone mentioned bringing in a copy of the email so that they can't back out on the price but seeing how it's a promotion, it might not work with them. I'll still give it a try though .
I'm going at the end of August. I've set up a few consultations. Super excited and anxious. How about you? When are you going?
I'm so tempted to go with Hershe for des, epi and ptosis. They're having a discount on all procedures. But what's holding me back is the deposit and the lack of reviews. What would you do?
Oh no, I can't believe their post-op care is so poor. I'm glad you were happy with the results though. They respond so fast when I'm asking questions about consultations. Probably so they can get more business. To be honest, I was quite put off by their tone in the email. They sound so snotty but I'll still go in for a consultation. I'm looking to get double eyelid surgery. Not sure if I want incisional or non incisional yet. Were you able to talk down price they gave you or was it fixed?
Hi Keryanlay, may I ask what procedures you had done and your experience with them? I'm interested in going to Item but their prices are just so high and based on the email I got from them, they don't seem to really care and just money.
I've scheduled a few consultations for des and epi at a few locations for August. Two of them recommended incisional and the other two recommended non-incisional. I know non-incisional doesn't require any cutting into the skin but I'm afraid of the crease coming undone or if one eye is asymmetric from the other. Has anyone had non-incisional des done and care to explain how their healing process went and any updates on how it is now?
