Hi all, i have no intention to come back here but i wanted to help some who pm me couple of times. ill just cut n paste watever below;

mine was RIB cart for bridge n ear for tip. i actually do not intend to log in anymore as i feel that i had done my part in sharing all these while. i just wanna share this one more time as i can tell u really need some help.

firstly, i do not work for VIP or any clinic just to put my pt across and im a guy. I went VIP because i can communicate with Joann very well and mostly cuz of my * GUT FEELING*. it was a gamble.

before surgery, my nose was CRAP. when i say crap i really mean crap.CRAP. yes. and it had haunted me for many many years, i was also unable to breathe properly too .

i did very minimal research and i booked flight within a couple of weeks and i flew there alone n met joann. i paid FULL cash the first day straight after short consultation.

VIP took superb good care of me and i took out my cast i breathe thru both nostrils completely in the first time of my life. it was .. orgasmic.

i had shared my whole story and complete guide here several times and i dont wanna repeat it again as i realised many of u cant finish the entire thread, i can understand, too many opinions, and it sometimes freak u out. life is short. just do it. ud been through so far wats there to lose?

long story short, 1 year post op. i still look good. much better than before op and post op first 8 mths. my nose deswell alot and i m 80% happy except for tip is still alittle not so define but i guess it kind match my looks. no warps, no infections, cant see scars . (except the one on the chest but healed 70% after applying snail creams)

i have only one word about joann :" a very nice person and a very good business woman" . if u do not have the money and not matured and not enough life skills to handle relationship and trauma, i suggest you stay home and not be bothered. ull be happier.

Rib surgery is not your daily silicon/goretex story. its about fixing something" broken" . u gonna expect huge swelling( some peep didnt) for 1-2 yrs some take 3( i was told, thick skin ppl like me) .

i m not gonna login n repeat myself again anymore, feel free to flame or watever cuz i dont care.

i love my nose now and everyday it gets better, im not sure about others im pretty sure everyone is different.( i have heard bad stories too ) every clinic has its own salt n pepper, butter and jams. yes it is still hard and i think its gonna be hard like this forever idk and i dont care. i can only say:

" its worth it" .

about officetel: its not your hotel. its not your home.do your own cleaning, cooking, laundry or u can just skip brushing your teeth and flush the tiolet or u can shower and brush at the same time, anything u want. AS LONG AS U RETURN THE OFFICETEL IN PROPER MANNER( be considerate that the next desperate one who step in the same room maybe someone who just undergo the surgery and needs that care and love). TV, internet, stove, utensils, microwave,heater, aircon and nice seoul tower view.dispose your own garbage at the basement.

PS; not gonna login and answer anymore questions so those who think this info is good, save it n paste it here the next time someone ask the same questions again, do them and yourself this favor. cheers! lets hope iphone 10 launch before nose job 6 thread.

hi m 30s too. there r older ones here .I agree with you that it is ethically not right. and its not ok. btw, im a bizman,i think in beauty biz, sad to say, ITS LIKE THIS.

whenever u see a photo/poster, chances are they had been shopped. i think as long as they didnt make it too different from the predicted results that they can promise and deliver, its still acceptable to me.

very subjective topic. but like wot meegoreng said, her REAL current results are even better than the shopped one. oh well. :X

caveat emptor world, buy with confidence.

hehe, i was just telling ms mee goreng today, with the same sentiments. id actually typed a very long post about this photoshop thingie but then cancelled the post as i didnt want to start another drama here.

i think to be fair; i agree with asianmodelboy that being deceived is not a gd feeling,nobody likes to be cheated and by any chances i hope buisnesses can be 100% authentic, genuine with their "product" marketing.
but

sad to say; impossible. NO businesses advertisements/marketing is 100% TRUE/authentic/accurate. whether a clinic may be visualizing the end result on their own prediction ;hence the photoshop or they are just keeping up the pace as other clinics photoshops them too. NOT important. most importantly; i think we shldnt bother too much about PHOTOS in the first place. they arent realistic! do u buy a push up bra just becuz they used a cow's after pic? -.-

look at those beauty/wellness advertisements! lol. cmon! do you buy that beauty product just becuz they used a supermodel's before and after? WTF?
i didnt even bother much abt the before and after pics and that is certainly NOT the deciding factor for my surgery. this photoshop advertising method is so COMMON in the beauty line.

i strongly advise people to conduct concrete research and findings themselves, go consult the doctors in person yourself. whatever u see or read here or there , its you yourself who judge and perceive them whether as an information or knowledge, your call.

again and again and again i had been repeating myself all over from the beginning; silicon /goretex or rib/ etc , done by whichever doctors /clinics,
all have their salt and pepper, pros and cons u weigh them.

theres no best clinic or dr or methods. and there is no perfection lets face it. be realistic know what you really need and approach the one u truly believes in with good understanding n communication+confidence.

and u really need alot of patience. especially for RIB method. same favourite doctor may not be suitable for you.

i would like to share a tip when choosing the right surgeon cuz this is how i d decided; the philosophy/personal statement of that particular doctor.

to me it is very important what is up there in his brain. the inteligence and his beliefs.

the staff whos job is to create martketing on their clinic pages will get into trouble if he fails to deliver the true words from the doctor. so to a certain extent that page/words is to some accuracy to what the doctor truly thinks.

go read dr toriumi or dr jungs and many others philosophies on their webbie. i find some of those i had read from dr XXX are jokes. how can u trust a man with shallow insights/views/inteligence towards plastic surgeries?

anyhow, im on 9th month done by VIP. im happy, not totally satisfied but im happy with it. no products in this world can please everyone.

i do realised a little at different stages of healing, im at 9th month. but it gets better at times , quite random. but most of the time, its not noticeable. its prolly due to uneven swelling.

how many months are you at?

gd call. i always respected kain as he is very observant and analytical., by far very genuine posts. not siding anybody. even he disagreed with me sometimes, i still say he is best poster on this thread and has been giving very constructive n accurate information.

 

fren, im not siding VIP AT ALL. its not abt whether she unhappy abt VIP. u guys dnut get it. there are some of us here reviewed bad things and good things too. we all have freedom to share n say watever. its NOT abt her being unhappy with VIP. VIP has its salt n pepper just like any other clinics.

many of us didnt know wat happened between her and vip but ther ARE SOME who do. there is a big difference between giving bad review and twisting facts which happened. well i dunt wanna go into this anymore. not my problem really. im not siding VIP << i wanna stress this., ITS OK ppl HATE VIP i dunt give a damn really. U GUYS GET IT?

hi friend, i had shared all i can if u had read thru the entire thread, even maps n guides. i even email ppl who pm me pics n a comprehensive run down. im sorry i sounded kinda given up here as i think there are ppl here who d twisted facts and i think it had defeated my purpose here. whatever i had given n said was out of gd will and i think its not necessary anymore. how ever if u are genuine and need advices on rib u can always pm me.
anyhow i just wanted to move on. but once in awhile i poped in n read things ppl posted which is not quite concrete or true abt any doc or clinics i feel unjustified for them. but i dont wanna get into unnecessary disputes with anyone here- pointless. i dunt gain anything out of it for being helpful anyway.but i find myself wasting time countering others rebuttals and causing more doubts of whether im genuine or not. lol its a joke to me. i am buisnessman with multiple assets to watch over and really really bz. no time for all those. but im willing to advise those who are genuine.

anyhow- i think for RIB nose surgeries, if anyone who had read this thread thoroughly will not need anymore advises. ALL IS HERE. and being said repetitively. just concentrate on what KAIN, HHER,izora,uzura,beefsoup,meegoreng,bbgurly and myself had reviewed and said. quite comprehensive and enough.

oh the ability. dunt worry then. when the swellings go, u get back your smiles. the swellings are causing the stiffness and frozen feel.

my skin on the nose returns to normal and can stretch more now at 6.5months. just take time.
