I am interested in this as well. Interesting that Answer PS has mostly caucasian models on their page. I'm wondering if this means they are more of a western aesthetic? I'm leaning towards a stronger and more defined chin as well as opposed to a narrow V line shape.
Anyone with experience or knowledge of PS clinics in Korea that also does Western aesthetic chin implants?
Too many of the implants I've seen in Korea are pointy, narrow and V-Line shaped. Me being a dude, want to avoid those types of implants as it is too feminizing.
In America, they have chin implants with tails, but it seems like Korea doesn't. Anyone have a different experience? I may just get the surgery in America if I cannot find a suitable aesthetic in Korea.
Hey, great question.
I am interested in this topic as well. But from the kakao chats that I've had with some clinics, they stray away from wide implants. Their implants also look different than american chin implants that have wings. The korean implants don't have wings as to avoid making your jawline look wide. It is more of U shape coming to a point. I'm trying to find a clinic that has the classic american chin implant.
For non-incision DES method, why do some surgeons take out the sutures later than other surgeons? Whats the difference? Is it better to take out the suture on day 3 or day 5?
For those who had the partial incision method (NOT FULL INCISION), do you still have a scar when you close your eyes?
If so, how many months post op are you? And where did you get it done in Korea?
Would be greatly appreciated if you can show photos of your eyes closed. Thanks!
I don't think the insides of your nose should be tender at 7 months. I am 5 months post op rhinoplasty and my nose is doing great. The tenderness went away after the first month. The other things you are wondering about - I have no idea what you are talking about.
I've never heard of botox being injected from inside of the mouth. I think it should have been on the surface? That way you can feel where the muscle is and it is injected in the right area. He is probably correct in that the botox spread.
I agree. If you don't want to post photos, you should just email a surgeon. It is not safe to ask for opinions for something this complicated if you don't have your photos to assess, as it might influence you to do the *wrong* procedure.
I recommend you waiting it out as botox doesn't last very long in the jaw, especially if it is your first time doing it. Maybe 8 weeks... don't add more. Also, did you get 40 doses on that particular side? Or 40 split between both sides? Because 40 on one side in the same location is a lot. I get 50 doses total split between either sides of my jaw.
Would you say he's not good for high creases then? I already have double eyelids but it is very hooded and I would like to see them larger. I do notice that majority of his after photos he posts are very natural and low crease, which is fine if you like that. But I would like a higher crease. Should I avoid Dr. Kwon?
