mine is just starting to sag down. I want it lifted, no need to implant.

 

I thought there was a procedure where they could actually lift your butt, i.e., making it less saggy, by pulling it into your butt crack. Maybe I'm just dreaming though.

 

I've thought about getting one, but I'm scared of looking too different. I just don't like the way my chin and jaw are back a little too far, but I don't want them to stick out and look weird.

 

Isn't it the same as mesotherapy? It doesn't sound like there is conclusive evidence that it really works from what I've read.

 

I had my nose done over ten years ago and am so happy I did it. I've been wanting lipo in the thighs (and whatever other areas might even me out) but I'm soooo hesitant as I see so many bad "after" pics of lipo that I am not sure it's worth the money. As far as boobs, I might want those down the line but not yet.

 

I agree I don't want to price shop for plastic surgery. I'm willing to pay for quality. Not that a less expensive doc won't be good but price isn't the first priority.

Actually though plastic surgery can be a lot more affordable compared to other surgeries because you do have to pay for it out of pocket. I knew someone who had a gallbladder removed and it was $25k. I had a nose job for $6000 or so.
