i did mine surgery with vip in 2013 i believe , it is still fine.But i feel rib implants are more suitable for Men, because we want a masculine nose.

rib cartiliage could be difficult to work with, and yes there may be minor imperfections , like i have a minor dent on mine bridge,just enough to annoy me, but still i would choose to have the dent,then revert back to mine previous nose,so it well....its not that bad,its just a matter of expectation .

 

i had bad teeth and would rather not show them.
Anw for people who are curious , mine smile more or less went back to normal,abet not as ugly as before.

Stop using it quite some time ago, now i have back to differin and clindal gel.

i had mine nose done with vip,i went there despite hearing all the negative opinions about this clinic.Because i felt that dr lee may be able to give me what i want.And it feels right ,i felt comfortable about the clinic and his staff.

Plus i used rib for mine nose,so mine selection pool is probably alot smaller.
That being said,every doc would have his bad days,good days.No single individual would be able to maintain tip top form in any kind of activity,we are humans not robots.

competent docs and incompetent docs both group probably had produced bad results in their life time,the question is how many of such cases :x

The results are not bad but i am only 4 mths post op so it could be too early to tell.
But i think in terms of shape,silicon would be more defined compared to a rib graft.

Some ppl say accutane thins the skin, i was initially concerned but turns up fine.

off course there's swelling , and i personally think it could be due to deswelling as well.

Yes, for mine case, deswelling occurs fasting at the bridge,so one would feel that the bridge have lowered where else the size of the tip remains,this small lost of "projection"
may cast the impression that the tip big and the bridge is not as tall.

It would be another few months,before the tip would deswell and you would be able to do a fair evaluation of it.

Also, i have noticed mine nose tend to swell in the morning after i woke up , so mine nose to me,looks rounder and wider ,the swelling would go away throughout the day,sometimes i could feel mine skin tighten around the tip,

Sometimes swelling could also cause the nose bridge to lose some of its definition,imagine a women in a loose fitting dress and again in a form fitting one,
both look different,but the fact remains she is the same person.

All in all , dun panic stay calm

 

I actually dun really like mine ridge , if its what you call it.
even after rhinoplasty , because of mine ridge bone being slightly protruded, mine nose bridge look low , maybe it really is low...

And in some lighting conditions,mine eyes look sunken in,as if a permanent shadow was being cast :x

Beauty is a curse, yeah it could be

but i bet being ugly is the equivalent of contracting the beubonic plague during medieval times which in due time causes huge swelling from with in the lymph nodes,and then oozing with pus ,one finally succumbs to an untimely,un sightly and cruel death

so in perspective,i would rather be cursed then have the plague :0 at least i get to live a little bit longer on mortal earth.

i brought sgd into korea actually and changed it there,rates are alright if you dun do it at the airport , definitely dun change it at the airport.Because sgd comes in larger denomination of 1000s,so for convenience sake i brought sgd to korea ,i am a lazy person :x

i felt its better to leave your currency as it is, changing from sgd to usd would already caused u to lost a few % due to the exchange rate , and then changing it to usd again,would loses you another few % ,it stacks up.

Maybe just ask for the qoute in won first ?,then offer to pay in usd ?

 

depends,some went over and withdrew local won to pay
some carried usd over the border.
common sense denotes that the won only comes in small denominations :x
10000 or 50 000 max, u would be walking in tons of won, feeling really rich
which would be totally ill advised.
of course korea have a special kind of cheque? ,available in bigger denominations but i doubt you could get it in your home country.

i have alot of such friends , and axed an entire ****load of them,wish i brought shoes instead of friends,as red wings would give me a one for one exchange,with such ppl,the time and effort spent on nurturing the friendship is gone with the wind.
living fine living strong, the individual shall stand head and shoulders above his critics.i promise.

And yes rib cartilage is hard :x and the area by which rib was harvested hurts intially.

i had surgery with vip this year , 2 months ago, shinmian uses rip cartliage as well and
onyoung.So prehaps you would like to look at these few clinics that are listed
But from mine limited knowledge vip is the only one that uses rip cartliage for paranasal implant/midface augmentation.
I cant say that i am a 100 % happy but ,its not bad.

I saved alot during mine army days,can still remember mine ex saying ,"I did not ask u to become more handsome ,please be thankful" off course it was very hurtful even though I know I am not mr gorgeous.i save whenever I can , mine allowance plus mine monthly millitary allowance meant that with a little bit of effort ,I could do it.But this drastic policy had also hurt the relationship between mine frens and I,I seldom meet them now adays , I rarely go out to the pub to participate in social drinking,i hope they would not hate me too much for such a selfish act ...

but i have a really low bridge...so am considering vip right now.

 

historically june is one of the most busiest month for doing such procedures.u might wanna start emailing the clinics which you are interested in.
