Daphne helped me out lots too. I also agree dr park is quite good except my nostrils didn't seem even after excision of tissue from my bulbous nise. Other than this, I'm a happy patient.
101 plastic and dream medical are quite reputable and good among Koreans. Both dr paik of 101 and dr park of dream are very good with noses. I did mine at dream (primary) and it is looking very good .
I agree because if you look at many Korean stars who seemed to have major surgery on eyes, their eyes don't seem as bright.... If you understand what I mean. And a bit too round at the end lacks individuality
Dream also quoted a primary rhinoplasty by dr park for 5.8m krw won. Hence, I won't be surprised if dr Kim from April 31 charges 6m won. He is quite renowned in korea.
I think Rex has tied up with a number of china and Korean agencies. Everyone seems to be recommending Rex from those agencies. Try to avoid those clinics because a good clinic with sound reputation does not need translators or agents to bring them business. They can set up their own foreign patients department quite easily.
Thanks for sharing. How do you find 101? I was recommended by a friend who works in plastic surgery dept in SG hospital to go there but haven't had a chance to consult them
I totally agree with you. My Korean friend referred me and the pricing is rather good and email response are fast. When another friend of mine wrote to clinic, she didn't get any responses. I think it works better if your Korean friend can help book appointments. I visited 2 clinics when I was having a vacation in korea this June. They responded to me via email more promptly after they met me in person.
The price charged to locals is definitely much cheaper than a direct quotation to us. I was quoted 4m krw at the bidan, > 6m at Cinderella and 5.8m at dream. The bidan was a referral from a Korean and she told me the price from bidan was discounted because I'm a friend of a local Korean.
