  1. Hahaha!

I had DEL, epi & lateral last time. I agree to leave things to the expert, but you need to research on what type of eyes you want. Like me, now I wanted a parallel crease instead of my tapered one, lololol! Anyway, 26th April is very soon! Good luck ya!

Yeah, of cos I bargain for a cheaper price. For me, I had a 20% off from what I was quoted in email. For multiple procedure, the bargaining power is higher.

If the doctor is good, no matter what price you pay, he/she will do a good job. I agree with Shinyglittery on this. Though price is important, choosing the right doctor should be your top priority. Therefore, go for your consultation first & decide if he is the right one for you. Good luck!

  2. Mine was Dr Lee Hyeon Taek. It was pre-assigned when i emailed them but i did some research on him before i meet him in Korea. He is my right choice

The first thing i wanted to do was my nose bcos i had a flat bridge & bulbous nose. Same as u, i love to pinch & rub my nose. Now, i still can pinch & rub it, but not too hard. It wasn't that bad after all  Had my nose done at 4.5mil won.

Well at first, the nose might looked alittle swollen, i.e. nose bridge & tip still high on 8th or 9th days, but it will gradually looking more natural over time  Btw, I missed my super high nose, lololol!

I just had vit c a week before surgery, and pumpkin juice & pumpkin porridge everyday after surgery. I didn't have any blue black swollen at all. And I'm already out in the street shopping on the second day itself!

Good luck to u ya

  3. Had my rhino at Bano almost 5 months back. Very natural looking & feeling now, too natural I would say that I actually forgotten I had it before :P

Had DEL done too when I did my nose. I had Dr Lee as my surgeon. It is already good now, but i wanted a parallel DEL (saving money now)

  4. Hi Kgraceselda,

The place I booked is at Garosugil, Sinsa. You can type the keyword in Airbnb - Garosugil Sinsa Seoul. It is 5 mins walk from Sinsa station Exit 3, where BK & Pitangui are located. Opposite the road is Braun ps

I did my eyes & nose with Banobagi's Dr Lee. How bout u? What do you planned to do?

  5. It's better if you book the place before you travel there as you might not know if last minute, you couldn't get a place, you doesn't want to risk that

I booked thru airbnb for my last month trip to Seoul. Stayed in Sinsa area too, convenient & confortable. I got a 2 person/room, costs me only around 30kwon/night. The house is clean & tidy, and my roommate is the most awesome girl. She helped me with my luggage bcos I was all bandaged up, and my luggage ain't light @.@

  6. Yes, it is clean

Btw, what surgery u planned to do? And when will u be going to seoul?

I'm only 2 weeks post op, and i'm still swollen so I won't be posting any b&a now

But you can pm me for more details

    Cheers^^

  7. Ice your face more & walk around more, it helps with the deswelling, but the weather in seoul now is so cold, feels like natural ice though :P

And to Incheon, get a cab, it costs around 50k won

    Get well soon!

  8. Hi TravelBug80,

Good luck on your consultation. Dr Lee is very good with eyes & nose, i just had mine with him

And you don't need to prepare anything bcos the hospital will provide you with everything, i.e. pumpkin juice, soy milk, q-tip, etc etc.

Just tell Dr Lee your concern & expectations, he will let you know if it can be done. And don't worry, everyone there is helpful

    All the best!

  9. Hi Rachy888, can I know why u wanted to do revision after your eyes surgery at chungdam u? Can you can share with me your experience? I'm worry that you brought that up.

  10. Hello Dandan555,

So good to hear that your surgery went so well!:biggrin::biggrin:

Can I know how much did you pay for your surgery with Dr Suh? I contacted JW few months back, but no reply from them, so I thought of walk-in when I'm there (hopefully they'll entertain me) :hrmm:

Can you also elaborate in detail what procedure Dr Suh did for you? Can he speak English?

Get well soon! And hopefully you can share your pretty new nose with us!:smile:

  11. Hi Onlyif,

It is a deep dent line

Yeah, I think you should go back for the revision, Grand should be responsible, but I don't think you should get the same the doctor who did this to you

Btw, can I know who is the doctor who did the surgery for you?

  12. Hello MollyMillions,

So good that you have found your clinic of choice, hope you can share your b/a pictures with us, when your swelling slightly subsides  I want to see the results, bcos I plan to go korea in 3 mths time

Frankly, this is first time I heard of Semin PS, does Dr Hong speaks English? You did mention that you went with your aunt, so probably she helps you translate?

Last but not list, really appreciate your review, at least I can have more options in choosing the best clinic for my nose & probably eyes job too!

    Thanks a lot!

  13. Hi Glorygc,

Great to hear that your surgery went well!

Appreciate if you can share your b&a photos with me. Sorry I couldn't PM yet, my email - [email protected] I am considering Pitangui as one my my top list too for eyes & nose.

    Thanks a lot ^^

  14. Hi Ninatam,

For me, I will use credit card. Me too worry about bringing large amount of cash there. However, some clinics that I emailed suggested that I transfer the money via electronic, or TT. You may check with your local bank, and I think they will charge for the transaction. Western Union or MoneyGram do provide the service as well. You may check it out  ^^

  15. Hi Onlyif,

I'm sorry for what has happened to you after surgery. Did Grand offer for revision? I'm worry now that I am considering Grand as one of my choice for nose job. I've booked an appointment with them already, now i'm worried
Can I know who was your surgeon?

    Thanks & take care ^^

  16. Hello ahappycamper,

    Thanks a lot!

  17. Hi Glorygc, can you send me your before and after photos? I am thinking to do eyes & nose in Pitangui as well.

    Thanks a lot!

  18. Hello Soong Sister,

Please share with me your feedback on VIP, Grand, Regen, JW, Banobagi & Pitangui. So far, I interested in these clinics. I'm open to other suggestions as well

  19. Hi Lacryssa,

Can you send me your after surgery photo to my personal email?

    [email protected]

I am considering JW for rhino.

    Thanks a lot!

  20. Hi Kimjoo,

Read that you had your surgery at Grand, can I know what surgery that you have? And what happened to your nose?

I did enquire on Grand as well for rhinoplasty, and I was considering it. Can share with me your experience?

    Thanks a lot!

  21. Hi, I am new to this forum. For starting, I have just emailed 4 clinics as stated below after reading from various threads. Just wanted to know if anyone would have any comments/experience with the below clinics?

I plan to have rhinoplasty in early November this year. These are the reply & suggestions from the respective clinics. I am open to any suggestions if there are better clinics & surgeons, within the below price range. My query in red below.

    1) Regen
    - Procedure : Open rhinoplasty; silicone on bridge & septical cartilage for tip
    - 4-4.5mil won
    - Surgeon : Dr. Kim Sang Woo or Dr. Hong Soo Won - Are they good? I can't seem to find them when I googled search. Anyone have any experience with them before? Which is better? They are suggested by Regen sales representative

    2) Grand
    - Procedure : Open rhinoplasty; silicone on bridge, septical cartilage for tip, alar reduction
    - 3.8mil won

    3) Banobagi
    - Procedure : Open rhinoplasty; silicone on bridge, septical cartilage for tip, alar reduction
    - 5-5.5mil won
    - Surgeon : Dr Lee hyuntaek - I saw some comments that he's good in doing natural looking nose. Does anyone have any encounter with him?

    4) JW - no reply from them yet

From the above, it seems that Banobagi is the most expensive, but at least someone did comment that Dr Lee did a good job! I have not heard of the two surgeons from Regen, are they new? Please let me know their experience.

Thanks in advance for all the advices!
