That may be true.... I dont know. My friend said one of the korean celebrity did her nose in 101 and she has got a beautiful nose with dr paik, but others i know got a mediocre or meh nose from 101.
I dont know if this is true with style as their b&a are not really impressive.

jw... i look at the noses they have done in youtube and found their tip are just very bulbous. One friend said tipplasty is the hardest and can see if the doctor is skilled or not.

 

The legendary quote from banobagi. After this quote I felt really ugly and I needed a lot of money to fix my face. The consultants a koream one and chinese one were really nice though and the chinese one knew chinese and english. She chatted to me for a while while leaving. The experience was pleasant but the price was crazy. I saw her copied out the price from an excel file. dr oh was professional I guess. I didnt actually need that much surgery at all. Not aso or two jaw as my teeth could be solved by braces.

 

@Missfitt People will say blah blah blah or whatever. Check it by yourself, do a consult in there. Even when the doctor is friendly etc, the consequences can still very bad.
Someone I know had botched jobs in eight plastic surgery from this.
Well I had wanted JW all before my research, but I have to say such research aren't really that much of a deal as visiting the clinic is better than anything.
I decided not to include it after I see its front door is very small and gives my a dodgy feel. You can go in and I personally will not.
People may say all magical things about the clinic but it is you who go in and consult. You will then get a gut feeling. You should then know you would want your surgeries there or not. Some clinics like propose, banobagi gave me a not so good vibe. Till this day I kept the quote bano gave me that was horrendously high. The quote they gave me they could only lessen by 10% when they offered me to pay a deposit.

And for the three nose thingy, whatever. A clinic I know only does one nose a day maximum. And ppl got good results from him. It was trend. The information was until last summer. I don't know what clinic are the most hyped now though.

I have a negative review on JW about the aftercare. I posted it a while ago in a reply and I shall copy it out for you.

Last time I went to Korea, a girl went to rhinoplasty in JW and the consultant promised her in the web that she can go for 5 days. When she arrived, she did the surgery, and then the nurses only knew that she would be gone in 5 days and told her it is not enough. She did not change her ticket. After 5 days, her nose were still very swollen and doctor could not have her cast off. She flew back to her country very scared. And the consultant of course didn't reply to her as they have earned her money. Luckily she liked her new nose when she removed her casts in the local doctor.

 

Don't go there for only 8 days.

Lesson learned is that give plenty of the time for the swelling to subside. Things can go very wrong but she was lucky. My friend said that idea clinic is famous for 2 jaw surgery because of Dr Jin Hoon. She has consulted idea and tfd for two jaw surgery.
That said, I read from another forum someone's friend did 2 jaw and fat graft with them and they didnt look great. Well, there were no photos enclosed so cannot judge.
Anyway good luck! And there is a video of a chinese woman doing 2 jaw before and after in idea in the facebook!!

I know from my friends that went to the face dental that Dr Lee would give a 6 months guarantee that if you are unhappy with the result he would do a revision...... I hope that's the case for you if that it true. Do contact the clinic no matter what and ask for that term if so. Anyway, I hope you will get better soon!

Anyway, I want to write something about silicone implant, especially those who are going in Oct - Lollipopswiss, Wats2u, about capsular contracture. Do search it in the web, it is the natural process of calcification of the implant, you can see relevant videos in youtube. The implant will harden and be unnatural. Search for Calcified silicone implant. There will be bumps on the implant, making the skin on the nose looks bumpy and may cause a retract of nose.

Well I didsee the b&a of Dr lee in Braun’s wechat and know that he does good nosetoo. Offered silicone bridge septal and ear cartilage columella and alars. Wellall I paid attention was his face jaja. I didn’t see the eye doctor (Dr Cho) asthe consultant said it was late and he was having surgeries. The consultantsaid my eyes are pretty and any doctor could do it. I am like wtf lol. Theyquoted me 33 mil and 30% off made it to 24 mil and if I pay deposit now wouldmake it 20.6 mil. I said Ill think and the consultant said I can wechat her tonegotiate the price more. I still like Braun the most though. Morning was sopacked with Koreans and afternoon was not as packed but there were still Koreansand Chinese. I saw all three translators. Maybe because my Chinese wasn’t goodthe first 2 didn’t want to serve me and gave me to a third one lol. And the 2doctors hands smells of disinfectant meaning they were doing surgeries thatday. Garosu: Fully booked for Koreanconsultations. All three doctors went from Youtiful to here. The clinic waspromoted to do a natural change which I see in the concierge girls but not thepatients there. They had dramatic changes. Clinic was empty but people keepcoming on time for consultations. I waited quite a long time for myconsultation with my consultant. She was fake but pretty. Typical big eyessmall face high nose Barbie doll face. Pretty much what I am looking for lol. Theeye and bone doctor recommended me ptosis noninsicional for eyes, zygoma vlineand genio as t osteo would make my face too short. Avoid Youtiful since theirb&a were from doctors of Garosu they said. Quoted 21 mil then discount to17 mil and I said I like braun and advanced technique and they lowered to 14mil. I said I still like Braun and they said they can negotiate in wechat withme. The Chinese consultant tried really hard to make me happy with the clinic.

Anyway, I was a walked in patient thus I couldn’t see the doctors.The Chinese consultant did her nose and eyes in Ruby and I really liked it. Verynatural. But don’t let them do alars as the concierge girls had uneven alars. Itwas not really expensive. Nonincisional eye and nose was silicone and septalcartilage for columella. Docs doesn’t use ear cartilage as not strong saidconsultant. Quoted very cheaply in this clinic. 4-5 mil for both procedures(forgot exact quote). Epi and lateral eyes are 1 mil each. I liked theirb&a. They have Koreans as patients and have 5 in lobby waiting. I am theonly international client there.

Tips on bargaining: Use the tactic thatanother clinic quoted a way lower price eg the face dental or the technique theclinic used is not that advanced, but if the price is right will consider tobargain. First method is straight forward, just need some lying skills. Secondone is more advanced, is to make the consultants feel inferior to otherclinics, you are biased to other but your friends liked it and the consultantshall try to make you like their clinic.

They also quoted me 7 mil for zygoma reduction and vline.


Two jaw surgery is 10.45 mil with tax, genioplasty is 1.1 mil, adding zygoma is an addition of 2.2 mil to the price


vline zygoma 2 jaw and genioplasty all together is only 13.45 mil. For a super discount!


I hope they will not change the price when I go there!!!!

I read on the website that they do untie 2 jaw surgery and can do the surgery before braces, which is same as ID, but everm is also very tempting for their safety.....

 

Hi, I am also a student in the UK. I am now 21 years old. I was planning to go to Korea in October for the same procedures for a month but after reading your experience I am hesitant as I would be missing lots of my lessons in university.


However, I have some questions in mind:


Is the immigration of the UK border bothersome? How did they treat you when you had a face change?


Do you have to change your passport photo now?
