Thank YOU so much. I was supposed to leave Wed to Korea for my consult with ID but I kept getting a bad feeling so I cancelled it.

I will rebook it for March and spend some more time researching everything to ensure that I dont end up with a bad surgery result.

May I ask what happened to your first nose technique and what Dr Park did in the revision technique that helped it? Im really thinking of VLine to make my wide face very narrow like a Westerner. I look forward to hearing from you!

Did you get surgery from the famous Dr Park from ID Clinic (the famous one on the TV show)?

I'm scheduled to go in to get on their recommendation eyelid ptosis, nose augmentation, alar reductiion, cheek reduction, jaw and chin V-line surgery and just want to make sure it is all necessary.

I'm hoping to only do the surgery that is needed but the clinics (2 famous ones including ID) told me that I need all of it, which is so confusing. Anyway, I appreciate your well written insight and hope that you and provide me a kind critique. I've attached my nose picture here too.

So I spoke to 2 clinics and after talking to the consultants, they are really wanting me to do cheekbone reduction and V-line for jaw and chin reduction.

I'm a bit confused because I wanted to do eyes for ptosis and epi. After the consult, they said for me to have the "golden mean" I need to do nose augmentation with alar reduction, eye ptosis, cheek reduction, chin and jaw v-line.

I'm a little worried. I didn't know that my face had so many problems!
Anyway, we are here to help one another and was wondering if people here think I can benefit from the 6 surgeries?

And for those who are curious, my heritage through my grandparents are mainland Chinese so I thank (or blame lol) my grandparents for my features

PS Please excuse my "patchy" face as I had an acne peel so my face skin looks really angry lol.

This was what happened. I consulted with a famous clinic and they suggested doing the eye for ptosis because my eyes are not "upturned" but kinda hooded. My nose there is a small 1mm bump but it is only seen on a profile pic so they said my alars are big and suggest augment rhino.

However most of all the consultants is really pushing me for cheekbone and jaw v-line surgery. They show me pictures of women with soft nice faces and I do feel self conscious my face is too "hard"?

Anyway I would love a tiny skinny face like Brad Pitt but the eyes, cheeks, nose, jaw and chin surgeries all at once seems to be a lot.

I was told by the 2 clinics that full Vline is a must. Then they suggest augment rhino and also eyelid surgery. My face has large bones and I didnt feel bad about it before. Im now very confusedf. I shall post another picture at the end of this.

Thank you for your kind reply!!! I had a good consultation through the internet with 2 famous clinics.
They are very famous. They said Vline is very popular and I should do it if I want to look good looking.
They also said they can fix my nose. I think one of them ID is famous for jaw and chin countouring and can make me look handsome!

May I ask your honest opinion why you think I dont need so many surgeries?

I consulted over the internet with ID and BK. I am very impressed by both their websites and the before and afters are also very good.

After much consulting, I was encouraged to just get other parts done so it will harmonize with the new features.

Omg thank you SO much! I was so worried as I am the only person going there. My family is really discouraging saying I dont need all these surgeries but I really want to do it after coming on the forum.

I'm going there from the US. Do you know where everyone is coming from?

I contacted a big clinic in Korea called BK Clinic. They helped suggest the following sugeries--
- double eyelid surgery with ptosis correction
-lateral canthopexy
-epicanthopexy
costs was around USD $4,000
recovery was around 5 days and will make eye bigger and also wider

I'm so glad you are going to Seoul too. I'm looking to make my nose high and straight cause Asians I read have flat nose. My eyes, I want to do double eyelids and epi to make it bigger. For chin and jaw, I want to do Vline to have a nice delicate face, I think my jaw is too large and ugly.

My nose also is quite flat and need rhino, tip plasty.
