You look great don’t have vline else you have to deal with sagging jowls

 

You will get sagging for sure. Double chin is sagging.

 

The bunching is sagging/loose skin. V line results in sagging once you remove bone that was supporting skin.

 

Be forewarned about sagging and if u do proceed save money for lifting procedure

Hi, I also had rhino at april31. It was a finesse type of surgery. It's an improved version of my old nose. Looks not only natural but I can breathe better. So my nose looks and functions better.

Dr kim has some knowledge of English and Brian is the international patient coordinator who makes sure what you want is communicated clearly to doc. Brian is very easy going, and was with me going into surgery and post op recovery. Was really nice to have this kind of support when you are travelling alone for surgery.

Overall a smooth operation and no complications whatsoever.

 

I dis agree I don't think kcouture is a promoter for dream. She never got me a consultation with dream and she only gave me her views ...which was valuable for anyone considering surgery. Like many of you here She just shared her successful results on the forum ...
