  1. Omg you are so right, that is why I feel my face looks rough.
But then again, reading lots of complication stories from zygoma reduction makes me cancel my decision to do it...
Maybe will do if in the future there is more advanced surgery technique

  2. Yes, I think it depends on which doctor. I got acculift and I am satisfied with the result. No sagging and my face got more elastic.

  3. Hello, I understand you must be worried because of the swelling and the stitches look different. However, I heard from my friends it took 6 months until 1 year until the swelling subside completely.
How if you try to focus on reducing your swelling like light walk everyday, eating foods without sodium if you can, or eat bromelain supplements because who knows the result maybe will turn out good
Wish the best for you

  4. @KyJenner Smaller clinic doesn't mean the result won't be good. And also I think eye surgeries are very common in Korea so it should be basic thing that plastic surgeons in Korea do.
And about English translator, you should ask each clinic whether they have their own translator or not. Usually most of them have. (When I went to do my accusculpt surgery, they have their in house translator so no problem with communication at all).

  5. Hello, I think the best way is to visit some clinics and get consultation from some of them and note hospitals in this forum that offer the procedures that you want to do.
Also, check this website http://www.prskorea.co.kr/english/ for plastic surgeons that is trustable because I saw some of them are suspended.

I can not say whether ID Hospital or Banobagi is bad or not. But I saw lots of youtubers did their surgery in Banobagi.
And I would like to recommend BIO Plastic Surgery because I got Accusculpt there and the result was satisfying. The doctor that handled my Accusculpt also an expert in laser facial treatment.

Wherever you and your uncle decide to do your surgery, I hope your surgery will go well ^^
And make sure to make reservations for consultation.

  6. Hi @Meowiex, I agree with pear orange and also other saying that you should get surgery for yourself. And it is also true in society, people usually like pretty girls and handsome guys so you will get more chance. Maybe in workplace it is not like that but generally in everyday life people are nicer to better looking people. I also think nowadays lots of people are getting plastic surgery and you should think about what you want. Lots of people will judge because they don't know you but lots of people will support you as well and mostly don't care. So you should not mind other people too much

  7. Hi, it's possible but I think you should not tell them beforehand that you have surgery in other place.

  8. In my opinion, plastic surgery in South Korea is very good. But it also depends on your luck.
Although you already researched a lot about 1 clinic, results could be varied.
And about language, maybe it's better if you hire a translator or use medical tourism service, especially if you do major surgery like breast surgery and other things that need general anesthesia. Or, at least go with your family or friend.

  9. Hello, I think acculift and accusculpt are different because the name already different. Me and my Korean friend does not have any sagging at all. I asked her about this and she said acculift use thread for treatment while accusculpt does not. Maybe the thread can cause sagging? Correct me if I am wrong because I just got the info from my friend. I do not understand this things, sorry I could not help u much. I think it's better if u contact them directly.

  10. Hello, because this forum has helped me a lot to find information about plastic surgery, I also want to share about my accusculpt experience.
I have always been dissatisfied with the fat on my cheeks and my chin (it looks like I have double chin).
Because I don't understand much about surgery, I thought I have to do liposuction and I heard that Korean clinic is very advanced for any kind of plastic surgery.
So I asked one of my Korean friend about which clinics are famous for this kind of things and she refers me to BIO Plastic Surgery Clinic because she have done it there and the result looks good. She refers me to their website (http://www.jwps.kr/face/vline/index.php) but its all in Korean and I don't understand Korean, so I asked for her help to make appointment at 2nd April. She told me that I will have consultation with Dr. Park Jae Woo because he is the specialist for face contouring.
Then I booked ticket to South Korea for my trip and also my surgery (I want to explore Korea and do surgery at the same time). I arrived at 1st April and I have appointment at 2nd April morning (9 am).
When I arrived there, there are already some people sitting, I saw 2 chinese girls, 1 Korean girl, and another foreign guy (I don't know where he came from and it seems he come for check-up because he has bandage around his ears). Looks good, because there are lots of people.
After waiting for 30 minutes, one girl asked me to go to Dr. Park Jae Woo room. Because I can only use English, one translator come and I told her about my problem. Then she translated it and Dr. Park Jae Woo said that I don't need to do liposuction just for this simple problem. He recommended me to do something called "Accusculpt" and he said there won't be any swelling and any bruise. So I asked about how about recovery time and he said it depends on my body condition and usually most people can do normal activities on same day. So I agree to do it because it seems less invasive then liposuction.

Then, I negotiate the price with the translator and after negotiation I decide to do it directly today. After 15 minutes, I was asked to sign paper about agreement, change my clothes and go to operation room. Then I think they sedate me because I think I was sleeping (I dont know how long). Then I am awake and thinking the operation already finished but they told me it was just about to start and they gave me local anesthesia so I won't feel pain. I don't feel anything but I just feel bored. After the operation, I feel dizzy, so one girl brought me to recovery room. After around 2 hours, I woke up and felt really hungry. I see the time, and no wonder I was hungry because it already past 1. So I just eat around there, and go back to my hotel. I need to wear bandage for 1 day, I can move around but I don't want to be seen by people so I go back to my hotel >,<
Oh they also gave me medicine for 3 days and they asked me to come back tomorrow morning to release the bandage and I can see the result in around 3 - 6 months. So I came back the next morning and then after I don't need to go to the hospital again so I went to Myeongdong and shop for the famous Korean cosmetics. I also went to the famous palace, see cherry blossom everywhere, and overall my experience in Korea was great!

By the way here is my before after picture after 3 months.

    After 3 months:

It looks good enough to me now. Can't wait to see the result after 6 months!
