i dont think there's lefort 3 doctors out there for plastic surgery, it's quite rare. why not do these instead
brow /forehead implants
nose job
mid face implant
two jaw
braces
cheek implants
yea okay i see why lefort 3 might be easier, but do you like your face the way it is because lefort just moves it forward;
yea you should get braces, metal ones imo as invisalign dont do nothing. teeth shaving is bad, removing enamal is not ideal imo as that wears out with age anyways better have more of it for later although it's surgically fine just my prference.
you have a long chin, and double jaw surgery could fix that. alternatively you can just reduce the chin size with a genioplasty. that owrks too,
hello no. Never ever. Ever. Ever. Ever. Ever remove fat from your face. You will age terrible. You will regret it and actually fat graft into your face later. Do you want ot live a regretful life? Go change your diet or lose weight, those are the only two healthy ways to remove fat from your face. Once you surgically remove it, it will never grow back and will only get smaller with time. ofc you can just get fat and get fatter cheeks, but if you skinny with chubby-ish cheeks, nah thats a sign of youth, you dont know what you got til its gone.
I was wondering if there's any information about mid face (pre-maxillar) implant to remove sagging from nasolabeal folds in cheeks by bringing out the mid face? or 2 jaw surgery to bring out the maxillary jaw to create protrusion?
I've been told by TFD that nasolobeal folds are caused by 2 sources, protruded cheeks in relation to the mid face, and a protruded maxilar in relation to the mid face. I'm honestly confused about how the maxilar impacts the nasolobeal folds if its 'protruded'.
you sound like you've got some other things to deal with before going through with any ps. I'd say don't get ps if that's your sort of answer to everything, but more because you have a preference for it. I mean, you will never 100% change with a bit of PS, it'll still be you, and its not like you are defined by how you look anyways (: gl with eveyrthing
i'm trying to understand what ASO is for and what 2 Jaw is for and how much 2 jaw vs aso will reduce protruding lips. I did some digging, but there is little information about ASO and how it's evaluated against 2 jaw vs braces on this forum.
they both seem to be able to fix protruding lips but i think it depends on the underlying cause?
My lip protrusion seems to be caused by teeth slanted outwards, causing a bit excessive of an overjet. Should i go for 2 jaw, aso, or just traditional braces based on what everyone's seen? here's my side xray.
