    Sorry, I did not realize that I did not write my doctor's name. Originally I wanted to have surgery with Dr. Hong, but VERY last minute I ended up having surgery with Dr. Seong because of all the raving reviews. I booked with Dr. Hong, but they assured me Dr. Seong was "the one for me"
    I am not saying he is a terrible surgeon, I am sure he does great work too. But I wrote this because I wanted to share MY experience. I understand that plastic surgery is for aesthetic purpose and not every surgeon can give 100% good results, but the most awful, horrid thing was, not only did my nose job terrible, but the staff neglected me. Once I started questioning my result and telling them something was DEFINITELY wrong, they kept assuring me that it was "just swelling" and that "it would get better". CLEARLY there was something wrong but I actually waited, and waited, before posting anything, because I wanted to make sure it wasn't just swelling as they were saying.
    A lot of my close friends and family told me from the getgo that my nose was awful short and that my nostrils were a mess. Honestly, I understand that swelling can change the final result because I have had plastic surgery before, but even when swelling goes down, it goes NOT make the nose miraculously longer or suddenly make your nostrils look less collapsed.
    I was not only plagued with a terrible result, but no one was around to help me or answer my questions. I know that they know this too because everytime I would ask a question or send my picture, they would answer "let me check with the doctor/consultant" and take a hell lot long to answer (DAYS AND DAYS). if there was nothing wrong, would they really need to check with the doctor/consultant and take this long to answer? because clearly they didnt need to do all this checking during the preliminary consutlation.
    Furthermore, what really pisses me off is the fact that I paid a large amount of money to have surgery with Dr. Seong, but now that my nose is botched, they suddenly claim that its because there are limitations using silicone + donated cartilage (I PAID EXTRA FOR DONATED CARTILAGE). I am not sure if they forgot or something, but when I first consulted, they claimed that donated cartilage would be sufficient and that they have a specialized way of molding this material for the "best" result. BUT ALL OF A SUDDEN, they are claiming rib cartilage is the best material to give me this "best" result. They never, ever mentioned this option during the first surgery. I think this is their way of trying to fix THEIR problem rather than give me my money back.

    What's completely absurd is that they will not admit to my botched nose, YET they had the audactiy to recommend rib rhino saying that is the best. it is SUDDENLY THE BEST . why didnt they say that when i paid 10k for the first surgery????????????
    suddenly this best option comes out of the getgo yet they claim nothing is wrong. EVERYONE is telling me to stay away from that horrid place and not trust them to"fix" anything when they clearly did the damage.
    Now I must pay more than what i originally paid to fix my upturned snout!!!! :'''''''(

    Hey guys, sorry for the lat reply. As much as I do want to express to you all about how unjust and horrible they are, a part of me also wants to avoid talking about them, period, and move on. I have never ever had such a terrible experience before. I have had other parts of my face and body done as well, so I am no stranger to plastic surgery. I only trusted GNG with my nose since they “specialize” in revision and reconstruction rhinoplasty, while also being ENT certified.

    THANK YOU all to For giving me feedback and messaging me separately. I truly do owe a lot to this comminity and hope that I can continue to give back as much as I have received.

    I understand that plastic surgery results cannot always be guaranteed, BUT everyone must know how unresponsive and careless they have been once they took my money!!! Do not trust these sponsored reviews and DO YOUR RESEARCH.
    I just read on another forum that they offered 50% to another patient for FAKE REVIEWS to promote gng and to not tell anyone!! Im sure there have been other cases like this, so dont trust them! They ****ed up my nose and turn the other cheek when I asked them to take responsibility!!!

    Everyone tells me my nose is straight messed up now. No i must pay double the cost to fix what they did :’(

    Hello. First of all, I want to give thanks to all you fellow pfers for all your detailed reviews and updates. I have been on purseforum for years and years, but only started to get more active these past two years or so. I always promised I would give back as much as I received from this community, so here I am. I really wanted to wait to write my review because I really wanted it to be based on the actual result rather than my recovery. I was really eager to write this beforehand, but i wanted to be 100% before putting anything on the internet.

    And i am deeply saddened to say, it is not gonna be good.

    Surgery plan:
    Bridge augmentation
    Tip + alar plasty
    Osteotomy + septoplasty

    Clinic:
    GNG Hospital

    I consulted with many places but in the end i chose GNG for two reasons, 1. nasal obstruction correction, and 2. Because they are a so called hospital. BOY was I disappointed. First of all, my doctor was non interested and short in our primary consultation. He showed no interest in my concerns nor did he speak much. His translator did most of the talking, not sure if it was to sell me or to fluff out what he didnt care to say. The actual only reason i decided to go through with surgery was because of the glowing reviews i read on this forum. LADIES (and gents) ALWAYS ALWAYS trust your instincts. If you fe uncomfortable about something, trust your gut. NOT what people on the internet says.

    Anyway, So my nose is very wide and short. I distinctly told my surgeon that I did not want to have a short nose, and that my aim was to make it longer. I paid about 6.5 million KRW for the surgeries above and i cringe to think about what revision may cost me. Not only did they charge me 1.5 million KRW extra for a cadaver cartilage I SWEAR THEY DIDNT USE, but they had the audacity to say its not shorter. My nose is a complete pigs nose now and its ALL THANKS TO THEM.Even on the day of surgery, i brought all my photos and explained in absolute detail about what i wanted and didnt want. My main and only objective was to slim and lengthen my nose. How could he have done the complete opposite? My nose is noticeably more short and bridge is bumpy af and my tip is messed up!!

    I will attach my before and after photo. Pictures definitely speak louder than words, so you all can be the judge for the atrocity. Please comment or message me, I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO. I am utterly humiliated and stuck.

    I have contacted them several several times about this concern during the first few months, but their replies have been limp. I have called but they keeep telling me i must wait to see the final result. TOTAL ******** . I have waited over five months and youre telling me its gonnna get a **** lot better than it is now? No. I know they are just pushing me off. In all honesty, I would not trust them with the thought of revision. Now i must consider what to do next. I wanted to let everyone know to NOT trust these sponsored reviews and to do lots of research OUTSIDE OF TPF. I had a conversation with a female in a kakao group chat who had a similar problem after nasal irrigation with gng WT....

    ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY are MORTIFIED. I cry everytime i look in the mirror and deathly stress everytime i think about whats in the middle of my face. They tell me my nose has been wrecked and my nose is completely botched and up turned!! My nostrils are completely uneven now. I cannot even begin to explain how it has been for me

    I NOW HAVE A PINGHED PIG NOSE.

    aww I'm going in Nov/Dec! Spring is too far! How come you're not going in the winter? Is it cause of the weather? If you change your mind, please let me know!!
