Hi Gats, nope ..i mean i ever tried fatgrafting and fillers on smile line area before but the result does not last me more than a year so i got paranasal implant now and im like 1.5yrs post operation still going well.

Hi Meemo11, im 1. 5 yrs post operation of my paranasal implant. Everything is still looking good. Oh i had done fillers on paranasal area but its not permanent, do note that subsequent topping up fillers on same spot may result in fillers migration.

Thank you... All these while I had been using fatgrafting and fillers for smile line. And Fatgrafting on forehead. Smile line fat grafting and fillers doesn't last for me. Kinda of tired of the maintenance. So i decided to have paranasal implant. I guess the size of implant and material of implant does matters. My size of paranasal implant is small and extra soft so i dont feel it when i smile. First 2 mths post operation, due to swelling i feel tightness when i smile or laugh wide. after 3rd mth onward, the tightness go away. The implant was place quite deep, i hardly feel it, its like my own bone when I use my finger to press it. So I feel perfectly alright. There is 1 famous SG blogger Biong Qiu Qiu also did paranasal silicone implant with positive reviews, so i went ahead to do it too. There are 2 type of incision method for paranasal implant. 1) incision paranasal implant from side of alar can change the smile. 2) Another method will be incision through intra oral, which this method doesn't affect the smile. Paranasal implant doesn't have much external swelling, but the internal swelling about 2 mths before it fully subside.

 

Hi Motty26, SM plastic Surgery has a few option for paranasal implant on smile line, they use extra soft silicone, alloderm or you can opt for your own dermis graft. I choose Soft silicone because of the firm support to fill up my sunken fold. Alloderm or Dermis might have some absorption in long run.

Like anyone else, going to different thread post for the surgery that I would plan to do in the next couples of months. I started my first research for double eyelid revision in the year 2011 because i failed them couples of times. I'm grateful to Purseforum which feed me much information about plastic surgery in Korea. Now I would like to contribute my shares of bit of surgeries result and my plastic surgery journey to this forum. It will be too long winded for me to write my full experience here for each clinic that i ever been to. I will briefly summarize the surgery that I had done and the place that i had visited. I had wrote down my satisfaction level of each of my surgeries.

Hi keli, im heading seoul in end August for fatgraft to my breast. Im thinking of wanting a bigger cup size. As previously Dr Lee mentioned that my rib cage width is too narrow to have bigger implant so now i already max out the space for bigger implant so im going for fatgrafting to up a little volume. My previous BA at SM Plastic Surgery was really painless. More like aching feel after my surgery. On post operation 2nd day i was able to lift my hand up to shower. I did underarm incision. Yup I did shared and honest with forum members that I got my discount from making videos for smps. I guess everyone here does have a certain budget when comes to their surgery price. My boobs revision is kinda of a needs for me due to stage 2 rupture done in Thailand and costing me a huge bomb so i have to do it. I didn't go to SM Plastic Surgery for the price but for the result and experience that Dr Lee Mu Young has ever given me prior to my past surgery experience with him. My relatives and friends has wonderful result with him. Cheryl and Linda has very good result for multiple surgeries too. I'm sorry about MC case, the last post about her review that time she was less than 2 mths post operation. At her age, she may need longer time recuperation since she is doing multiple surgeries. Are you still contacting with her? How is her result now? I believe Dr Lee isn't like other surgeon who ignore patients if needed for a revision. You may wanna check with MC? I had tried messaging her last Dec 2017 too but no reply from her.

 

Dear Keli, SM Plastic Surgery was a small clinic and mostly known among Koreans. Their post operation care wasn't that fantastic compare to those big hospital or big clinics that comes with huge surgery cost fees. SM Plastic Surgery have 3 doctors and 1 anesthesia doctor. The chef of director surgeon is Dr Lee Mu Young. I would say if people who want to have very major Two jaw surgery or ASO or Tummy Tuck its better to spend a little more seek for bigger clinic/hospital for these procedure. If minor operation personally i feel small clinic is more honest. At least i would say we dont have to be afraid that our surgeon was swapped during the surgery.

 

Hi SheOnlyLooks25, There was a period of time i gave up for revision. But i doesn't want to settle for that look so i keep researching on grafting and procedure more to understand which are the best procedure and grafting to go for the look that i want to achieve. Researching on clinics is one part of it but the most important thing is to understand what we really need for the surgery and what material of implant to use or what type of procedure can allows us to get the best result with less complication.

Hi JT12, I just came back from Breast Revision, Fatgrafting, Arm Liposuction and Paransal implant with SM Plastic Surgery in Korea. My recovery super fast, 2nd day i can even lift my arm up to wash my hair myself. I did under arm incision somemore. I think Dr Lee is very skillful perhaps he less scar tissue during surgery thats why i have almost no pain after surgery only Chest aching.. Hence by chance i saw a book of top 20 surgeon in Korea, happens to know that Dr Lee is famous in Korea for Breast surgery too. I regretted didn't do my Rhinoplasty on last trip, maybe going back for Rhinoplasty in July or Aug.

 

i did my primary surgery breast in Thailand 11 yrs ago. Got a minor Capsular contraction so breast size went smaller but dr say don't need to remove implant. After i gave birth my breast both side become very asymmetrical . I got it revised last 2 weeks ago at SM Plastic Surgery Korea. Used mentor implant textured, surgery under endoscopic assist. I have almost 0 pain only chest aching. Sec day i manage to lift my hand and wash my hair by myself whereby my primary breast surgery in Thailand was so bad, i was bedded 5 days can't even lift my hand for 14 days. I guess that is the price to pay for if choosing price over skill. Dr Lee from SM Plastic Surgery Korea, showed me my old implant it's a no brand implant. I thought my previous Thailand Dr told me he used mentor implant on me, i however i realized i got cheated after Dr Lee showed me my old implant. Oh something to share, i share this top 20 surgeon book at SM Plastic Surgery Korea so i took a picture of it, apparently Dr Lee is very famous for Breast augmentation. I did my arm liposuction and paransal implant and full face fatgraft with Dr Lee too. Right now I'm post operation 12 days and I'm back to my normal activities.
