  1. I had my eyelid surgery and had pretty much the same experience but without the broken blood vessel. I also felt rushed, because I was getting no response through Kakaotalk while I was in Korea, I had to call them multiple times to let them know I wanted to do my surgery there before I finally got a hold of someone. One the phone, they told me to be there within the next half hour or so, so I rushed there forgetting my glasses behind at the Airbnb. Then they left me waiting for hours in the VIP room after prepping me for surgery before going down to the surgical room. Surgery was very painful too. It was the most painful experience I've ever had in my life. I even started crying in the middle of it and I remember Dr Seo saying 'asymmetry, asymmetry'. I was woken up at around closing time and they rushed me out while I was still groggy and not ready to leave. Follow up care was not the great for me. I only got one deswelling treatment and didn't even see Dr Seo for my two follow ups. I only saw him days after my stitches were taken out because one side of my eye got infected. I did not like my overall experience either. I'm actually looking to go back though since they offer free revision. Dr Seo did a good job and gave me what I asked for but I just don't like how my eyes look and want to reverse the DES, remove more skin since my eyes look hooded and do lower canthoplasty on one eye.

  2. What is your kakao ID?

  3. I don't remember for sure, but I think it was 3mm. I haven't actually contacted them about a revision yet since i'm not sure when my next trip to Korea will be. They never mentioned free revision but I hear everyone saying MVP offered it. If money was no issue, I'd be probably be leaving now and having it done with the Malaysian doctor. I'll keep you updated.

  4. Yes this is exactly what happened to me too. I had some other things done to my eyes at the same time. All together, I had skin excision, ptosis, des and lateral canthoplasty. I asked for a parallel crease but he said the only way I could do that was with a lower crease. I ended up with a tapered crease anyway. I also ended up with hooded eyes. I 'm also not happy with the ptosis correction. My left eye opens a bit bigger and is noticeable esp when taking pictures. I'm not sure if I want to go back to Dr Seo to have this corrected bc the eye surgery was the most painful thing I ever endured. I started crying bc I couldn't handle the pain and I think that's what contributed to the uneveness. I'm considering going back to Dr Seo, but as you said, it might be worth it to have it done by him again. I'm looking to have a few things done with my eyes again anyway so idk if they'll charge only the anaesthesia fee. I actually want to have the des reversed if it's possible, as well as lower canthoplasty on one eye to correct some asymmetry and have the ptosis fixed. I think I might need some more skin removed too. I found a Dr in Kuala Lumpur that does some pretty nice work so I might look into having it done with her.
