You're not the only one, i myself have been researching for a few months and still weighing pros and cons.. What will happen, what about the recovery etc. But not for the surgery you mentioned. as long as you do your research, and pick the right surgeon for you i think it's gonna be fine

I think it's best to do jaw at maxillofacial surgeon. But i also have seen good result from surgeon that isn't one too. For zygoma yes i also read that it will sag you faster esp if you do it when you're not young. If you looking to get it done you should ask your surgeon if he used any method to prevent it and how will it be done.

 

From what i read, yes it's not a one time thing. As your body changes over the age you may need revision. Also if that involves foreign materials as implant for certain surgery, you may need to remove/change it later.

I'm about same age as you and i'm interested in fc/2jaw. Thank you for sharing your experience, i'm leaving next year and still am weighing my options about what procedures that suit me. It's a long deliberation really, since i just want to get it done once and i would be upset if i do revisions within 3years down the line.

Thank you so much on the info! Sorry for the late reply i just got on tpf again sadly i'm not going for BA but for a reduction, wish on the consult later i can see some of their result that i like. Anyway i am impressed at how easy you getting around just a few days after lipo. I heard that post-lipo on some part of your body especially thigh you will feel so sore and unable to move freely especially when you combined part altogether.

No problem i would suggest you to find other options too (more clinics)
If you consider to do mandible, i think the dr will also do something with your masseter muscle so you won't have to think it separately. But if not, i think this surgery could be helpful.. Or botox, yeah it has to be done repeatedly but i think it's much safer.

 

I heard namu and lamiche are quite dolly.

 

I didn't ask, sorry here's how they address to my problem, though:

They advised me for fc on top of the muscle surgery as well to address my problem. l plan to visit them once i'm in Seoul to consult.. Tbh i think the price given were quite high.

 

1. I don't think it should be a problem but yes as mentioned above, you have to watch for the swelling. I think eyes should done last if you are also getting rhino.
2. Yes, i heard it's also student's holiday
3. If you're a foreigner then it's a no. But just to be safe just check with your clinic of choosing.

 

True gowoonsesang carry the facial muscle reduction ( 1mil KRW ) i was advised to do it a while back, you can contact them via line as i did.
Their online consultant was so thorough, they even draw on my pictures to explain the surgery plan.. To which i feel very thoughtful.

Also about ps101, how long did you have to wait for surgery after your consult? Just curious bcs like you said, they're quite fully booked.

Thanks for sharing your journey! I have researching for breast surgeon for a while since i joined tpf in May. In my case it's for breast reduction. There were few reviews on this procedure in tpf i have a hard time finding a dr ( in Korea )
I must say i'm very happy to find your review of dr Park JS, he just sounds wonderful. I got recommended him by a kakao friend and after contacting him i agree he was very thorough and polite. It made me feel good about the surgery. When i arrived in Korea next year i think i will visit him and when i do, or done my surgery i shall write a review here in the forum.

I did read your experience in another thread.and i am deeply sorry too that it happened to you. I think its one thing that if the doctor didnt give the things that we hope for, due to our own anatomy that is why we told not to hope miracles and being realistic about it and another thing for the doctor to do bad mistake and disfigured people. And to deny the second one and threaten to sue? That is baffling.
I hope you are doing well, and find a way to fix what has happened and be happy and beautiful again. Btw why the nurse said to not let him touch your face? Could i pm you about it?

I know that we would do ps to be pretty. It's not something that affect our health. But that doesnt mean it could be took lightly. This is bussiness in SK, people come with money and we need to trust the doctors that touch our faces. It has same effect with vacation (e.g to make us happy ) but this is something permanent and people may look at you after for what you done. It is not similar with a bad vacation you can shrug it off and go for another one. It's not that easy.

 

Hi motherhen and nylorac2112, my heart truly breaks after reading your post. I was looking to Aone for smile lift and some other procedures, but your experiences had make me to think twice. Best wishes for you both, thank you for your bravery to share your stories. We could not be more careful when it comes to our looks. We all go to see a doctor and put our trust,money and time and none of us should be treated that way. No one should be deserted and left alone after going through such situations. I am truly sorry. I hope both of you can get revision that you need, be beautiful again and be happy. I truly want that from the bottom of my heart.
