Sorry for begin so late to share this Buddy who did her Mandible Reduction & Chin Augmentation Surgeries done by Dr Kim on our March08 PS group Trip.

Heres Gal S before & 1month after Mandible Reduction & Chin Augmentation Surgery

Day 1 & 2 after surgery

Day 1 pictures :
Recuperating in the admission room after surgeries and with Ice Pack begin place on the two side of her face.
Day 2 pictures :
Wake up in the admission room after staying overnight there under observation, taking her medicine and preparing to go back to our accommodation.

Day 8 bandage off

After begin bandage for a week she finally can take off her bandage on Day 7 and Day 8 she is back to clinic for botox injection.
She does not need to remove any suture, cos all the incision is intra-oral approach that leave no visible scar on the facial.

Can I ask a few questions?

1) Did she do jaw shaving/ burring or splitting osteotomy?

2) How was the pain level like after surgery?

3) Is she experiencing any numbness/ loss of feelings at the moment?

4) Can she fully open her mouth now? Smile/ Laugh/ Eat normal food?

5) Is she happy with her results? Was it worth it? If she was given a choice, would she do it again?

6) How long does it take to be able to talk and speak properly?

7) How long did it take for her to eat normal food?

My nose is pretty uniform in color. Unless face forward, It is lighter on the bridge just because that's natural when you have a good bridge... because your bridge makes shadows.
I know you used goretex instead of silicone. Dr. Chuang told me in consultation that when old people get goretex... if they put their fingers on their bridge and stretch out the skin, you will see a whitish hue. But, I've never heard of this as being an issue for anyone. I'm sure it's not noticeable.

Yeah I mean from the frontal view, the area between your eyes and nose bridge.. I just feel that area seems dark.. and that also sometimes I feel like my bridge is really straight... and the shadows of the nose is quite immediate rather than GRADUALLY blending in with the rest of the face..

I'm not sure if I am making sense here.

Oh and I wanted to check with you on your LASHES!! HOw are they doing?
Looking great?
Do they poke in all directions? Or are they nice and uniform?

Do you happen to know if this procedure is reversable? In case it doesnt work out well?

No, no liquid. I just have dull pain in the tip area from time to time. It happens so fast I don't really notice it unless i really pay attention. I just tend to make a big deal out of risky things like this so better be safe than sorry.. they told me to call back so i will in 15 min. Thanks for the good luck wishes,

btw keenose, how many times did u get ur nose done? and if u had it more that one time did u feel like it was more succesful the second and third? and did u have more swelling.complications etc with revisions?

I never experienced pain at the TIP... it was just sensitive to touch.. but not painful when not touched...

They might send you antibiotics to be safe I think.. then if the pain persists.. then maybe it could mean something else.
Nevertheless, please get hold of someone from the clinic to talk to.

I only did my nose 1 time......
And I hope its my last.
so far so good...

*side track*... does anyone feel that your bridge is lighter in color and the sides of the bridge is darker in color?

I feel that when I look from frontal, the bridge is lighter and the sides surrounding it is dark... this is only at the area between the eyes and downwards slightly.

I feel like using concealer to make it look lighter....

but anyways, is it supposed to be like this?

Guys i think i have an infection.. I know that my mentality is makig it worse because i believe that if u believe it will go away and stay positive ur body will find a way to fight it off... Pray for me because i'm going thru things which is making my immune system so low and i'd hate to go back to have it removed when i just got my nose.

Have you checked with Dr Chuang about this? If you cant wait, you can call his office to get a fast answer.

There were times I suspected I had an infection too, but turns out be pimples.. OR... pus drainage due to improper cleaning... but after sometime, it goes away.

Is there any liquid coming out?

This post to viewers like myself just discourage us even more to even cosider using dr. wu's services because it gives off the impression of the "big" bullying the "little". I have feelings of what you mean... "big bully" and actually I DO agree with you.. and I also DO think that its the case.

This has not happened just one time. I have seen this kind of cases happened at other forums.

Now that its legally implicated, he cannot come and say anything more I guess..

SO pple... please be careful when you mention the doctor's names.. especially when you say it in full...
try not to mention in full, you'd never know what troubles you may get into.

Its not REALLY a society where there is "freedom of speech"

i think the laser helps, but the doctor you go to have to be very detail oriented. the spots that was lasered improved, but my doc missed lots of small spots. my alar area was swollen as if i had gotten them cut and resized for like a week. it costed me like 400$ for 10% improvement, so i don't know if it's worth it...

omg i forgot to mentioned....lol. i can't help laughing when i mentioned this.. but one of you guys posted a link of a website about skincare and scar minimizing techniques.. Needling or dry tattoo needling supposedly help fade scarring, and i tried my own version of it using a sewing needle just scatching the surface of my stitch marks, because i was too scarred to poke the needle an inch into the area and making it bleed (the correct way i guess.) The area that I messed around with turned red and screamed LOOK AT ME lol!, then i applied acne medication on the area, two days later the skin started to peeling. I don't think anyone can really see a difference yet, but it kinda help calm my anxiety since i'm not able to see my doc yet. I thought I'd share that random experience with y'all..by the way this is not to encourage anyone else to try what i did, I'm just sharing my personal experience.

hahahh I think I did something similar to what you did!

I used my nail and scratched/ pressed the raised scar on my alar.. and it became reddish.. and became scab.

the thing is, it actually fell off.. when it healed.. so YAY.. the raised scar did become smaller because of this..

the stitch marks...hmm I think I will wait some more..

my stitch marks are baaad, because i was on accutane. I don't think yours will be all that bad, my friend got hers done, and hers healed normally but still with just a little stitch marks visible. I waited more than 2 years before i've done anything to them. recently i got one session of laser treatment on the area and it improved but the doc missed some spots. i'm thinking about getting another session next week. it's frustrating, time consuming, and costly.

i wouldn't worry about it if yours not all visible like mines.

Oh I see.. so the laser really did help in your case yeah? I'll think about getting laser done too then. But how long is the downtime for the laser?

Hi everyone!! i haven't been on here for so long, but i did missed you all though. I made an appointment to see dr. toriumi in chicago for revision on my nose. It's next month and i'm super nervous. for one it will costs a lot of money, but i haven't got the definite figure yet since the doctor will have to take a look at me in person and depending on how long the doc have to work on me.

Does anyone on here have any experience of getting rid of a scar. awhile back i had my alar base reduction which left "stitch marks" scar and I really wants to get rid of it. I got one session on laser, which really helps, but it's still there. how much do they usually charge for this? i think i totally got rip off by this new doc. i went to.

Can I ask how long after the surgery, then did you go for the laser on the alar base? I also have stitch marks there and I wonder how long i should wait to determine if its permanent or temporary.

Yep! The three point method apparently removes more fat than the "mini incision" method, because the TOTAL length of the cuts on your eyelids is longer than the "mini incision" method.

However... my eyelids are so full of fat, I think the best way is the full incision method. It's unfortunate that I will have to look like an alien for like 6 months afterwards though.

Posting from Taipei now. I've met with Dr Tseng this afternoon. After evaluating my nose, he said it's quite a bad nose. For those who can understand Chinese, he said 'tiao jian hen cha'.

I have a low bridge, short nose, uneven nostrils and the nose is slightly crooked. Honestly, I didn't even think it was so bad, I only thought of my nose as being too low. For me, he recommened goretex + ear cartilege, and to increase the bridge by 5mm, subject to change, depending on what he sees during surgery tomorrow.

I thought I would only get a subtle change, but he said my face would change alot after surgery, to the point that he will give me a letter to say that I've gotten surgery, in case I can't go through Immigration.

This, I have to digest, cos I must say I am quite unprepared to having a drastic change, and I'm afraid of my parent's reaction. But I think I've already gotten so far, I won't turn back now.

Gotta start fasting tonight, my surgery is first thing next morning. Wish me luck everyone!

Hi guys! I have posted earlier on regarding my current PS plan with Dr. Chuang. I just did a rhino, buccal fat removal and lipodissolve for my cheeks. Its swelling massively and my eyes are even filled with blue-blackish bruises. Its the 3rd day now and the swelling is not going down , yet I've taken Sineech prior the operation. Dr. Chuang says Sineech only gives minimal effect though. I have thought that legend have arnica montana as a natural healing catalyst.

Anyhow, I'm keeping a positive attitude here, hoping the swell will go down in a week or so. I've read that lipodissolve does swelling for around a week.

During the operation, I did felt some discomfort and thus voiced out for more anesthesia but only after much groaning that Dr. Chuang offered more. My pain threshold is rather low and that probably explains why I was in tears. Does anyone felt this way (that the anesthesia dosage was too little)?

Wow sorry to hear of your discomfort, mine didnt have much pain.. but now that I recall it.. at the ending of the eyelid session I started to feel pain and he asked the nurses to increase the dosage.

Don't give up hope, and DON"T go back for another session. I use revitalash and a bunch of other things on my eyelashes and IT WORKS!. It won't give u an inch long eyelashes but it makes them thicker and longer and u can def see a diff after a couple of months. Everyone is different so it's not guaranteed but at least u can give it a try.

It's like $70-120 for 1 tube depending on where you buy it and it should last u at least 2 months. Def worth a try, and if it grows the way u want it to grow it will deinately look better than those implants.

hey guys! so its been almost three months since my surgery. my nose is doing fine but i dont really like my eyelashes. Most of it has fallen off and i dont think its growing back. The ones that are still on are very sparse and long looking and it just looks out of place. I regret having eyelashes done because i have to trim it and when people look at me when im looking down, it looks like spider legs. I kinda just wanna pull all them out and damage it so they wont grow back. I rather use fake eyelash extensions then have these in. It was so not worth almost one grand getting it done. So when i use mascara it just looks funny because the hairs that he implanted stick in different directions and its hard to tame them. Wat's done is done, the one thing i keep thinking about is i coud've saved my one grand to use towards my debt or bills.

Im not saying dr jong did a bad job, in the beginning one of my eye had more hairs and was the same direction then the other eye and it didnt look so bad, but now it seems most of the hair has died and i only have like a few on each eye, which does look very appealing at all! Im thinking about either getting another session done or just totally pulling out my implanted lashes and ruin the roots so they wont grow anymore. Results vary for different people, Maskd had good results and i dont. So maybe it just depends on the weakness of my hair and how i take care of it.

I was just about to ask about your lashes

I thought all the lashes were supposed to fall off.. and then they would grow back after some time?

Maybe the spider like lashes are dead hairs... and will fall off and regrow?
Maskd would be in better position to share her experience with you.

another update:

I don't have much to say about the hair transplants. I received 700 grafts and that's not alot for my hairline. Truthfully the first mistake i made was to rush into this, the second mistake i made was to not do my research carefully and by assuming that dr jong would be good for this procedure.

What he charges isn't any cheaper than what dr's in america do, and doctors here tend to be more qualified. Do your research, look up dr.feller from great neck, ny. And think twice before going to dr jong.

I'm sure he's great with eyelash implants etc etc, but after hours of reading i found out certain things, compared him to doctors over here and their diff ways of doing things.

In other words, I'm gonna have to do another session here in the states later this year. And you're supposedly supposed to succesfully receive ALL your grafts in ONE session, not two. So I basically am paying double for something that shoulda been happening in the first session.

So when u shop for a good doctor, good price, good location because he is right next to dr chuang, u have ot keep in mind that it's a lot of money to spend if u have to go bck for another procedure. And those extra hundreds that u're trying to save is not worth the trouble.

quick update: My nose and eyelids are still swollen. Left eye is doing better, the skin is tighter and the red is less apparent. Nose tip is starting to look a little too narrow and pointy to me, we'll see what happens at the 1 month mark. by the way i started off with a flat, bulbuious wide nose.

Epi scars are starting to show.. guess this is a indication that it's healing. I'm gonna start using neosporin and press the scars to minimize it.

by the way dr. chuang gave me a partial 1 cm incision in the middle of my eyelids, said my skin texture was good so i didnt need a full one. This happen to anyone else?

I don't know how to react to that because i asked for a full incision, he didn't take out any skin, fat or muscles either. Just literally cut the skin to create a crease. It's no big deal, cuz i will go back for a revision if I don't get the parallell crease i asked for at the 6 month mark.

I'd rather something happen to my eyes than nose cuz if the crease is too low or too tapered i could always change it and the healing won't be as tedious. But if something happens to my nose that'll cost me both more trauma to my nose area and lots of money to have another doctor fix it.

Yes he did mini incision for me as well. Exactly like you described.

I had puffy heavy lids, he removed fats for me ( I could smell it .. hahahahah )

The scars are not fully healed..... and when I close my eyes now (5 months mark), the crease area is overlapping at the incision area instead of being totally smooth.

Have emailed Dr Chuang, he said its a scar and will improve with time.

Do you have this problem?

I've been following this forum silently for many(many) months now but I feel it's time for me to introduce myself because I've been reading so much about everyone's story(especially keenose, maskd, meowgirl, kimosa aussie_nose, beauty07, ALL of you) I feel like I already know you girls eventhough it's my first time posting here.

I guess many just read in silence because writing the first post always seems the hardest.(at least to me!) I get intimidated all the time because I never know how to start or what to say first! It's a little like writing a book isn't it but you girls have been nothing but nice so far which is why I'm more inclined to step forward than to shy away and especially since I have finally(!) finalized my PS decision and am so excited to share it with you guys!

See, I have been having the idea of doing my face since 4 years ago and everytime I felt the strong surge taking over me, I'd pore through hours and pages on the internet, finding and reading about everything possible, everytime adamant that I was going to do it then,(or in that near future) but somehow, got put off, then got thinking again, then doubting again, until I get a new surge and repeat the whole process all over again. It was very tiring and I even have numerous quotes from different PS centers every year because everytime I started over, I wanted to be sure of my research again and again.. you know, the story goes on.

One of the reasons why I didn't pursue them indefinitely back then was because I could live with how I was eventho there were some things I didn't like I guess. But that was all 3/4 years back and after a reckless lifestyle in the recent years(like gaining weight,late nights), much have changed about myself and I am finally to the point where I really DON'T like what I have become.

One of my main concerns is about the lower half of my face, one thing coming from a plum face genetic, but another to go through a 2 year yo-yo weight experience that has turned me from a chubby cheek- into a ball face now, literally.

But despite that, I'm going to just get a chin implant eventhough it did cross my mind to combine procedures like bone shaving, buccal fat removal and all that but after considering much about it, I feel it's not what I'm after, and besides, it seems as if the BCR doesn't do much to those who did it so I don't know if it's worth the effort and money. Maybe some of you who did it here would like to share your opinion? And oh, I'm getting my nose done as well.

Btw, I'm sorry I got carried away- seems like I'm writing my life-story here but see, I told you it's a little like writing a book, once you start you just go on and on haha, but anyway! I'm set on going to Dr. Chuang in Taiwan eventhough I haven't emailed him yet! lol.

Reason being, I wanted to schedule the dates and budget to work out a realistic plan rather than mail him first since I already know which procedures I want and was able to gather enough information about them(cost wise) thanks to you guys!

And btw, this goes out especially to aussie_nose(hello!) because I had wanted to tell you that I planned to go around the same time you are since last year when you first mentioned it but sorry I didn't speak up any earlier because I was still unsure of the details back then. (

But I've been working on those dates fervently and I've got all my flight options sorted out now so if you've not booked or confirmed your flights yet maybe we could pair up and go for it together? I would definitely love some company and we can take care of each other and exchange support during the ordeal!

I'm planning to stay for about 17/18 days to kind of give the healing some grace period. Y'know, for the 'just in case's (fingers crossed!) I'm thinking 2nd- 19th, or 2nd- 20th July. Let me know your schedule, it would be great if you could join me for that extra few days too!

Alright, looks like this 'introductory' post is getting tooo long, I shall end and stop being so long-winded! lol but I'm so so excited about it happening, finally!

Dont go to Taiwanmex if you're looking for a quite and more private hostel to recover at. The hostel is clean(in terms of there being no roaches or any bugs and the sheets are clean), but its small like an apartment and amazingly they managed to create 8 bedrooms out of it. you still have to share 2 bathrooms 16 other people. The kitchen is supersmall which u have toshare with everyone and ifyou go for the private room (which i advise you to do) expect to have 2 feet of walkign space. In other words, u take one step and you're already outside the bedroom lol. Oh and theres no whereto put your suitcase, whichwas ok in MY case because i brought the tiniest miini carry on bag which i just placed on top of the little drawer.

remember u're getting ur face done. Everytime u go from the apartment door to ur bedroom u have to pass all the guests sitting in the livingroom and u might not want that. And u can hear everyone laughign and talking in the livingroom from your room.

If i was to do it again I would choose another hostel.

Go to google.com and search for "hostel taiwan reviews'., Choose the hostel with the highestreviews, and most importantly READ the reviews so u get a better feel of what the place is like.

Im not sureif ill be posting pics of my eyes because of privacy.. all i can say so farabout them is they're healing well andthe laterl and medial epi waswell done. The crease im afraid might be too low a few months from now asi asked for a 10 mm crease i think it might be 8-9 right now.. ill measureit when i see him today.

My nose right now is desweling real fast, my only concern is the tip seems to point more to the left because one side is more swollen than the other. Ill ask about this too when i see him.

Profile wise my nose is great.. love the height,I want the height between my eyes to go down a little bit more which it will since im still swollen. but what i want the most is for my eyes to deswell fasterbecause they look real close right now due to the swelling and the magic epi.

I highly adviseagainst getting magic epi ifur eyes are a little close as u'll look ridicolous after, and maybe permanently lol.

I had surgery with dr.Chuang in Taiwan a few days ago and hair transplants done by dr jong a few days after. I want to share my experience with you girls, just keep in mind that this will be a super long post so consider this a big warning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I started researching 6 months ago for rhino and blepharoplasty and was stuck between 3 U.S doctors, Toriumi, Dr davis in FL for rhino, and dr Flowers (For eyes). I even booked the surgery date with dr.flowers and everything and lost $100 when i ended up cancelling the surgery.. which was a big saving by the way compared to what i later had to pay.

I don't know but some way some how my gut feeling kept telling me this was not the right way to go so i kept procrastinating and rescheduling surgery dates so I ended up on the computer one day googlign for ''asian nosejob'' and came across this website. Read all 200+ pages and thanks to keenose, maskd, kimosa, nini and a few others that had went to dr.chuang with great results I decided to go the same route because for some reason I trusted that decision.. within 1-2 weeks of discovering this forum I had booked flight tickets, hostel room for 11 days and surgery dates with dr chuang and Jong. It all happened pretty fast and soon before i knew it i was on my way to taiwan. Woke up early morning, headed to the airport with my little carry on luggage and waited patiently on the airplane for 20+ hours. Ok I'm lying, that was the worst flight of my life.. girls don't go with united airlines if you're goig overseas. I think Korean air has better service, bigger tv screens and lots of movie options. United airlines only offered the toothbrushes and toiletries to first class passengers which was a shocker to me because every other company i had went with offered it to everyone..

Ok so when I got to Taiwan I took the bus to the hostel.. which was way cheaper than taking a cab. Iadies don't hesitate to find cheaper ways to travel.. just ask people.

By the way if you don't speak chinese you'll be just fine. I'm not even chinese and I get around easily. People here, especially the young ones speak english. Maybe not well but enough for you to understand.

So I got to the hostel, got me a small single room instead of the 2 dorm room which i had initially booked but the owner let me have a small private room for the same price.. that was real nice. Oh and because i was here alone for the surgery and all i asked the lady owner if she could help me after surgery with food and all that. She so kindly said yes and woudlnt even charge me anything ezept for what it would cost for the food etc.. i still payed her 300 twd though.. It was late by the time I got there so I went to bed almost right away. Next morning i got in the shower, got dressed and took a cab to the clinic. When I got there i was greeted by the receptionist who i had kept in contact with since the booking of the surgery.. she's supernice. I won't mention her name but if you decide to go ahead with the surgery you'll get ot know her as well. WHen i got there she apologized for Dr.Chuang being late and that's when I found otu that I would be consulting that morning and that i'd have surgery later that evening. So you all should clarify the surgery time first before anyting, incase u want to have surgery early morning.. not that it matters because my outcome so far is great so I don't question Dr. C's skills. I had also been fasting for 12 hours prior to the time i thought i'd be having surger so the receptionist offered me some food and coffee and i gladly said yes.. only to find out she ahd offered me her breakfast!!!!!!!! So almost 2 hours later I met dr.Chuang. Sat there for about 30 min and discussed what i wanted. He showed me some pictures, i showed him some. I never felt like he was in a rush.. we actually shared a few laughs and he as really being warm and open towards me. After the consultation i had about 6 hours to kill before the surgery so they suggested i go shopping, although they knew i'd be dead broke after this surgery lol. Walked around for a bit, then i got something to eat, then when there was only 30 min left I decided to go shave my hairy legs prior to surgery (yes why didn't I do it the day before or during the 6 hours i had to kill). So I frantically ran around to look for a shaver.. found one, then on the way back stopped by a fish store and got me 3 colorful fishes.. mad random.. just bought 3 fishes for no reason 5 minutes before surgery.. oh and two of them died because i forgot to buy fish food. They did get a proper burial though.. the old fashion 'flush em down' way.

When I got there I changed, put my stuff in a locker, cleaned my face and then went to the operating room. The nurse asked me to lay down and then she stuck the needle in my arm (I didn't feel a thing by the way, but then again I'm a G so it doesn't matter , Shortly after dr Chuang came in the room, asked me if i was okay. started drawing on my eyes.. I asked him to put in a 3mm silicone in my nose instead, he agreed. I dont remember anything after that because I fell asleep and stayed asleep throughout the whole surgery which is funny because i remember some of the girls here saying they were awake thruout the surgery and could feel the dr cut the eyelids.. well I was completely out, the only thing I THINK i remember is him sticking needles in and around my nose which was so excruciating.. im not even sure because it felt like a nightmare..eek when i think about it i dont think it was.. i think those needle sticking sensatiosn was him cutting into my nose..

I woke up at 3 am in a dark room, tried to open my eyes which was nearly impossible as i'd just had 4 procedures done (upper, lower, medial and lateral epi) so my eyes was swollen in everyway. I got up, loked around and noticed that i was still in the clinic. Saw a girl sleeping next to me in a seperate bed. She woke up too and asked if I needed a nurse (of course she had the nurse pager since she had lipo and I had only had my face renovated in everyway-b**** I'm blind where is my pager???? lol lol). So I guess dr.Chuang had let me spend the night which was super sweet because he knew i was in a foreign country by myself.. what was even sweeter was the nurse getting me breakfast in the morning. I swear the doctor, nurses and everyone there is so nice in everyway I never felt safer and more comfortable.

Next day in the afternoon I got up and went home. First night was horrible. Not because I was in pain.. i was never in pain by the way and never was nauseous from the anesthesia whatsoever. I was just real swollen and uncomfortable. All the pain, nausea and all the other things that people experienced, i never went through any of that.. I wonder if it's because of all the Vitamin C I took.. Mind you I'm not a strong person immunity wise so I'm surprised it went so smoothly. The hostel owner had got me some food and got me some cold compresses prepared which was real great..

They told me to put cold compresses on for the first to days.. they told me to get a plastic bag and pour some cold water in it and i didn't do it nearly as much asi was supposed to.. i think I put the cold water filled plastic bags over my eyes like 5 times in total over 2 days which is way too little. 2 Days after surgery i went back, had my tape removed. Dr.Chuang took a look at my eyes and nose and said everything was fine. If i needed to come back for more questions and concerns I could just do so he said. Later that day i walked around, then looed for a internet cafe because the internet was down at the hostel i was staying at., I wrote a 3 page long entry about my experience which got erased completely when my time was out.. so i just went home lol.

About the hair implant.......my goodness.... It really sounds ....horribly painful!
It seems that Dr Jong has an issue with using MORE anesthesia!
I wonder.. if you INSIST that he uses enough to NOT feel ANY pain, would he oblige?

So for the eyelash implant, it took 5 days to deswell? How long later, that it looked completely natural and not swollen?

Anyway, how are you healing up now?

Hi Girls!

Dr. Chuang has finally written back to me my three surgeries combined (chin, cheeks and nose) are going to cost approx $7000 Australian Dollars. I will be on the operating table for about five hours all up NO general anaesthetic all done under local and light sedation. Just to recap Im having:

1) Hump on nose removed and goretex strips to smooth out the bridge, nasal bone osteotomy and tip refinement;
2) Chin augmentation with medpor implant;
3) Cheek augmentation with silicone implants

Im going in July and planning on staying in Taipei for two weeks. While I am there I will also be visiting Dr. Jong for the eye levator surgery.

Im now going to start booking my flights etc so final calls for girls who are interested in coming with (either from Australia or meeting me in Taipei).

My dates are flexible-ish but preferably towards the beginning of the month in July. Im thinking of perhaps flying over on Saturday 5 July, which means Ill be there probably until around the 19th or 20th July.

Im going to stay at Dejavu Hotel.
