  1. Translator never gave a name. Can you PM me telling me what procedures you inquired and what price was given. I can send you my conversation with them.

  2. What GNG did to you was horrendous, unethical, and just straight up wrong. I hope you get the justice you rightfully deserve, I really do. I 110% agree about the before pictures with no makeup and the after pictures with makeup along with filter is wrong. But that's the gimmick. All clinics around the world do that. Whether its Korea, USA, Brazil, Iran, all clinics will make the 'after' picture much more desirable than the 'before' picture, almost making it into some huge transformation that only with plastic surgery you can achieve. But I believe us smart girls can see behind this . Its just like @catelet said; contacts, eyeliner, and mascara completely changes me, hahaha.

Beauty is subjective. As the famous saying goes "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder." You are correct that culture and location play apart of beauty standers. You may agree that a more prominent jaw/mandible angle is more feminine or prettier than a curved jaw. While others will say a elongated chin or V angle face is more beautiful and gives a younger appearance.
I know when I visited View, the head surgeon asked me why do I want to do V-line. I had a face westerners desired. He even compared me to Miss. Jolie (I was far from it, I think he was just being courteous) I was actually surprised by the question. Out of all consultations, I never had a surgeon ask that kind of personal question before. I explained that although others may see a prominent jaw as sexy, confident, mature, and strong; I desired and liked a more softer, cuter, younger appearance. Of course, when I spoke to my fc surgeon I did exactly what you did and showed him pictures of what I wanted and not wanted. I made it clear that although I wanted a natural noticeable V-line; I did not those alien-like super V-lines I saw on botched china plastic surgery forums....yikes. You may even find my jaw/mandible not attractive after I done V-line surgery. However to me, and some others, may like the the aesthetic look ((:

It is more than evident you were clear what you wanted and GNG deliberately did not take your wishes into consideration. I may never really understand what you are going through, but I do understand putting your trust and faith in the hands of someone, only to be betrayed in the end (I had a really bad experience with a US surgeon that left me out of $10,000, a ugly scar at a young age, and nothing to show for it)
Dont give up and I hope you find your resolution.

  3. Yes it is. I was in your place back in 2015 so I understand. Research, research, research. Look for clinics that are accident free, no deaths, and a well established anesthesiologist team. When you think you've done enough research, go back and do some MORE research.
I hope this helps you on your journey and remember to have fun with it! Although stressful at time, it is a exciting experience (for me at least) Good luck!

  4. I got my rhino at View. Mine was a mix of natural/celeb and Im happy. You can see before/after pics in my review.
Another clinic I think would be really good for natural is hyundai aesthetics (yes, it has the same name as the car hahah) My friend got a really natural and simple hump removal from them and she is satisfied with the results.
Do your research on many clinics and their doctors. Research some more on the forums here because there are many reviews that show before and after pictures. Keep in mind that reviews and pictures can be altered, photoshopped, or filtered. So take everything with a grain of salt (famous saying in this forum)

Its best to contact the clinics also, usually through Kakao, LINE, or email. Send a picture of your nose and also send them a picture of how you would like your nose to look. They will show the surgeon and the surgeon will make recommendations which procedures you need to get the nose you like. They will also send estimate quotes. But always know, during face-to-face consults, you can negotiate pricing in Korea.

  5. I dont know much about eyes surgery unfortunately, but it is known that Dream and ID work heavily on advertising to foreigners on this forum. Particularly, ID is known for having shadow doctors and cover ups with botched results.
These are things that you should keep in mind. I think you were attracted to Dream or ID because of the 'advertising' aspect but please also consider safety and actual results. Eye surgery is actually the most common revision surgery in Korea next to rhino. So you want to find a skilled surgeon for eyes only. I would recommend checking out MissOrange's forum. I believe she's done eye surgery at MVP clinic and it was successful. Good luck

  6. My surgery went well. I did fat grafting along with FC so I had bruising underneath my eye, above the cheek. I had de-swelling treatments like lasers and facials at the clinic every time I had a follow up with my surgeons, but the treatments only helped with the swelling. I had to drink massive amounts of orange juice and take Vit. C along with Iron tablets I packed from home to help for the bruising. (Iron and Vit. C really helps with healing). I was all good when it came time to board the plain back home ((:

  7. Thank you for sharing this, you are really lucky to know someone who lives in Korea and has knowledge on certain clinics. Hopefully next time I go to Korea I can make a friend lol. I wont be swollen and bruised like last time from FC so I can approach others without being embarrassed

  8. I agree, I really want to know more about the local, local clinics lol. But I feel like you have to know someone who lives in Korea who knows where the famous clinics for results are. Agency's like Seoul Touchup or docfinder really push and recommend the clinics famous for heavy advertising to foreigners.

  9. Nope, I wrote that because many times I saw @eurasianbeauty, @MissOrange , and others be blamed for being a promoter only when they went out of their way to help. Do I even need to post that no, I was not "hooked up" or discounted for promoting. It wouldn't even matter because would you still believe me, no. Do I care if you dont believe me, no. Am I trying to change your mind, hahah sorry but no. People arent idiots. My review never states "I went to View, so you should too." Thats why its called Honest Experience with my results, because its just that.

And Im also pretty sure I mentioned in my review that I consulted with other clinics and choose View from what they offered me with experience and safety. So I dont think you really read my review that well. If you want to assume "secrete sponsorship" go for it, I wont stop you, and quite frankly I dont really care. Like I stated in the response above and in my review, its best to have a face to face consult with clinics before making a decision. So good luck on your journey!

  10. @eurasianbeauty and @SassyQT are absolutely correct. This forum was made to help people with there research on finding the right clinic for their desired procedures. Yet, it is almost like if you seem "too helpful" youre condemned to being a promoter. Kinda reminds me of the Salam Witch Trials

The reviews, questions, or answers on this forum should not be the bottom line you decide which clinic to go to. They should only be factors.
The real decision is in yourself when you go to the actual clinic for a consult, meet the doctors, and judge for yourself.
I know what im saying is common sense, but it doesn't hurt to point out the obvious now and then hahah

  11. Absolutely not. Contacted them about lips, as soon as they found out I was foreign, they wanted to charge me over 10 mill for lips. When I told them my korean friend got hers done for way cheaper, the consultant told me thats because the clinic gives out two different sets of prices (basically, one for foreigners and one for local) This is my opinion and it may be a unpopular one but I seriously can not tolerate clinics that do this. And before anyone says "oh, but the price is way cheaper if you get it done in Korea..." No

Deesse wanted to charge me 2 mill won for fillers. The logic is, why even get fillers done in Korea when Its much cheaper to not have to buy a plain ticket, book a hotel, only for the sake of a one time injection of filler to the lips for over a $1,000USD on the procedure alone. It is way cheaper to get it in the US.

I may sound rude or sassy or whatever but thats my two cents.
I got the convo between me and the Deesse consultant so if anyone wants a good laugh, PM me.

I know all clinics are not like this. There really are well and respected clinics in Korea for lip surgery. Deesse just isnt one of them

  12. I was swollen but thankfully all my bruising was all gone (thats what I was most worried about) I wouldnt say pass off as baby fat but mostly likely I looked like I was recovering from a wisdom tooth extraction hahah. It was not that bad though, my cheeks, jaw, and chin were a little puffy but I dont think it was from V-line, it was from fat grafting. My nose was completely fine though. If you are worried about looking unrecognizable that will only happen if you leave about 3-4 days after getting surgery. I left after 2 1/2 weeks (the de-swelling treatment and intake of Vitamin c really helped so drink your orange juice! If you have more concern about swelling, discuss about it with the clinic. They can offer injections that will really bring down the swelling. I did laser treatment for my swelling. Its all about preference!)

    I hope this helps!

  13. I think I know what your talking about. I read a lot of reviews saying how much pain they where in after V-line and 2-jaw. The case for me was very different. I woke up groggy but definitely not any pain. There was pressure but it was not unbearable. I think most of the people who felt intolerable pain did 2 jaw surgery along with V-line.I hope this helps!

  14. Cut. Though I dont know for sure if it is unavoidable or not (this is something that needs to be discussed with a skill surgeon) Views technique for muscle is using a small medical needle to transmit high frequency waves through the oral cavity to burn and reduce part of the muscles.
For fat, you have the option of doing buccal fat removal or not (cheek area). I chose not to due to wanting a full 3-D face and worried that it would give a "sunken" look to my cheeks. However, to each there own. I am actually considering going back to View next summer to get buccal removal.

  15. You are gorgeous. You have a very cute face and your eyes are extremely beautiful (very lucky)
If you are looking for a more sexy celebrity look I do agree with others with genioplasty.
Or you could do facial liposuction, acculift, or buccal fat removal. I dont believe you have to touch your bones.

Rhinoplasty will definitely give you that celebrity look. Your nose is already small, tip is wide/bulbous and elevated, and you have a very subtle hump (same with me. I got my rhino done at View)
