The surgeon's roll too is important, but what's more important is the patient's physical structure and condition. To achieve eyes and a nose like hers, one would have to have an originally petit and slender nose, thin eyelid skin, and enough distance between the eyes and eyebrows to allow those high parallel creases.
No, you got me wrong. I'm not a fan of closed rhinoplasty in the first place, so that's why I chose Dr. Jeong who does open rhinoplasty and I am really happy with the results. Sorry that I can't share my photos due to personal reasons.
I recommend Dr. Jeong who is the open rhinoplasty surgeon at Dream (Dream seems to be famous for Dr. Park's closed rhinoplasty, but I'm not a fan of closed rhinoplasty) cuz I've done my nose with him and I'm really happy with the results
Have you tried contacting them and asking for a revision with another surgeon? Dr. Jeong who does open rhinoplasty is great (I did my nose with him), and since you're a returning patient, they should provide an after service
Dream is mostly famous for Dr. Park's closed rhinoplasty, but I would recommend Dr. Jeong, the open rhinoplasty specialist instead. I had my nose done with him and I've heard a lot of compliments after it. My original nose was very low, short, bulbous, and upturned, so he used a silicon implant to elevate the bridge, and combined lateral osteotomy, septal extension graft, and alar base reduction. Now it looks much more balanced and it doesn't look piggy-like at all.
I understand your anxiety since I've been through it too, but being stressed really doesn't help at all, so try to put the mirror away and spend time with things that can brush you off from the thought
If your eyelids are puffy because the eyelid skin itself is thick, then the solution is also a forehead lift. The skin has to be uplifted to improve that puffyness. Also, since you've already done 2 DES procedures, I wouldn't recommend another revision cuz it would add more scar tissues and might only worsen the result.
Ptosis correction doesn't improve droopy eyelids. It improves weak eye muscles that makes one look sleepy and fatigue. For droopy eyelids there are mainly two options. One, an incisional double eyelid surgery to get rid of the excessive eyelid skin is possible if the distance between the eyelids and eyebrows are not too close. Two, if the distance is too close, then a non-incisional double eyelid surgery and a forehead lift must be combined since the skin that pressures the eyelids actually starts to droop from the forehead, and that has to be lifted and fixed to avoid additional sagging.
Last year I also went to Braun for a butterfly implant consultation (a procedure that is done by inserting butterfly-shaped silicon implants into the sunken area next to the alars to improve smile lines and flat cheeks) that only they proceed, but they were rude and pushy about me putting a deposit, so I immediately crossed them off the list. No wonder. Btw, you have a nice forehead and eyebrows! Hope you the best results!

All surgeons being board certified and specialized is a basic factor that almost all clinics comply with
(exept some few ****ty clinics) since it's elegal not to do so in Korea. I believe what matters more is the surgeon's skill and esthetic style, and DA surgeons seem to be after a more dolly and drastic appearance, so if you prefer a natural improvement, it seems to be the wrong place to go
I have a friend who did zygoma reduction at TL a few years ago, but the bones were not attached properly so one side of her cheekbone fell and she had to do a revision at another clinic by cutting her scalp. 0 death doesn't mean 0 accidents
According to my dermatologist, Ulthera, and most type of skin tightening lasers are more of a procedure that prevent and slow down the aging process than improve an already sagged skin, and for that reason, they recommend it to be repeated once a year when one is around his/her early 30s before aging begins in earnest.
I've seen some people who did the surgery, and they all looked really unrealistic and scarry because the incision is so noticeable and it seems as if the lips were torned by force. One of the surgeries that I never understand. Filler could lift the corners, but are made puffy at the same time, so you should try botox. They inject it on the muscles next to the lower lips which prevent those muscles to pull down the lip corners. It has to be repeated every few months, but it's quite effective though.
I would recommend facial contouring, rhinoplasty, and then hairline correction. Facial contouring changes your facial shape and proportion, and those are important factors to concider when you proceed rhinoplasty since the length, width, and shape of your nose will be decided according to them. Also, rhinoplasty improves one face into a more 3D appearance, so you should do hairline correction lastly.
From my point of view, the only adventage of a closed rhinoplasty is that it leaves no outer scar. Except that, open rhinoplasty is way beneficial since it provides more view and allows the surgeon to freely navigate and do his job more accurately. Especially if it's a revision, and if it's the tip that you mainly want to improve, accuracy is even more demanded (bridge augmentation is simple). Also, since closed rhinoplasty only uses one side of the nostrils to approach the whole nose, in some cases, assymetry occurs after surgery. Lastly, you should not expect rhinoplasty to improve your mouth protrusion. Though it can be slightly less noticeable after rhinoplasty, a part can never be fixed by correcting another part.
it depends on whether you're looking for a natural or dramatic improvement. If you're looking for a natural one, I would recommend Dream. My Korean friend had her double eyelids done with Dr. Park at Dream and they look super natural. I couldn't tell until she told me lol.
