I cannot comment on their price but it is true based on their clinic name in Korean. There are regulations in Korea in terms of naming plastic surgery clinics depending on whether they are certified or not. It is not illegal for uncertified plastic sergeons to do practices as long as they disclose it. But I do know they are frequently mentioned among Koreans for fat grafting.

I don’t think they are super popular to locals (Koreans) for eyes, maybe good for facial contouring.

 

Did you mean a functional part in rhinoplasty? If so, they are not an otolaryngologist so wouldn’t be the best choice if you consider a functional part. They are just one of the hospitals offering all sorts of plastic surgeries so it will come down to which surgeon you choose (or are assigned to).
