  1. I'd further like to note that, if you want instant results losing weight instead of working hard at the gym and exercising over a long period of time, you could get face and body liposuction. But of course, you have to be wary of the possibility of saggy skin, as with all weight loss, depending how much weight you want to lose.
I think Namu would be a too choice for liposuction. I also see a lot of people here talk about FRESH clinic as a good choice for lipo too.
It's up to you what you want to do.
With losing weight naturally through activities and exercising, you spend time but save your money for other things in life. Can also be rewarding knowing you did this yourself, you lost the weight, you transformed yourself.
With choosing the surgical route to do liposuction, you save time and get instant results, instant reward but lose money.

  2. Hello @Wilsonteh90 , all you need to do is lose weight. You can do this easily by changing your eating habits and cutting out the following from your diet:

Sugar (even limit fruit. *However* Fruit like cucumber, watermelon, mango and oranges are an exception as they're great for hydration. Other than this, they only provide a few minerals and vit C. Juice a few cucumbers and oranges to provide yourself with ultimate hydration.)

    Grains
Grains are redundant and have anti nutrients that bind to nutrional food when eaten together for example eating bread with meat; The grains from the bread negate any nutritional value you will get from the meat, or at least deplete it. The only grain I would suggest as okay to eat is white rice. And I don't mention brown rice because it still has the husk intact so it's actually worse for you since it's harsher on the gut, damaging and irritating it.
Bread is unnecessary. All it does is bloat you giving the illusion of feeling full but never satiates or nourishes you. This is why bread is the poor man's food, same with potatoes. They make the person feel full but do not satiate you. It's filler food - the food you eat when you haven't got enough meat in a meal.

    Carbs
Unnesscary. This just converts to sugar when ingested. You should switch over to utilising animal fats for energy just as it should be.

    Processed foods
Carcingogenic and unnatural. Not how we were intended to eat.

    Vegetables
Contrary to popular and mainstream belief, these plants are toxic for us to consume. Let me explain.
Firstly, all the vegetables you see in the supermarkets are man made and are not available in nature. How can it be good for the human body if it did not exist naturally? Our bodies will not be adapted to eat it. We are simply not designed to digest these plants and it's hard on our systems. All vegetables (plants) are, is fibre, anti nutrients (phytates and oxalates) and toxic. When we cook the vegetables of course this reduces these anti nutrients and toxins but it is still present. When eaten raw, the oxalates and phytates and other antinutrients are intact, this being damaging to health making vegetables pointless to consume. You will always see people making stupid sauces to pour over and dip their raw vegetable, plant salad in, because it is seriously unappetizing without it.

    WHAT YOU SHOULD EAT
    Optimal weight, health and happiness

Grass Fed, Pasture Raised, Antiobiotic and Hormone Free Meats
Pork, beef, chicken etc Very Nutritious and nourishing for the body. You can enjoy bacon and pork belly, delicious! Your body will love you when you switch to a meat based diet, preferably eating the meat raw as this is best for our digestion and body. Meat is expensive yes I know but there is a reason why that is, and if you can't access the higher quality meat (as highlighted in bold), you can eat supermarket beef muscle meat raw just fine.

Grass Fed, Pasture Raised, Antiobiotic and Hormone Free Organs
    • Liver - Most important organ to eat, particularly beef liver. Incredibly valuable due to it's nutrional value. Great for the skin too because of Vit A. To get all it's nutrional value it is best to be eaten raw, but cooked is fine too. Its nutritional profile will be diminished but you'll still get some goodness. In Japan, businessmen eat raw liver at bars to instantly revive them of their tiredness and it works. It really is a superfood. But of course, as always, make sure it's good quality and from a healthy animal. Healthy animal = Healthy meats
    • Kidneys
    • Heart etc

    Raw Milk
Nourishing and better to drink this than water

    Raw Milk Kefir

Good for gut health and nourishing

Pasture Raised, Antibiotic, Hormone Free Eggs (cooked and raw)
A whole protein and nature's multivitamin. Very important to include these in the diet, very nutritionally rich. Best to consume them raw. If you don't like the whites, discard them and consume the egg yolk raw. The egg white is mostly just protein. The goodness is in the yolk.

    Unheated, unpasteurised RAW honey
Helps healing, recovery and rich in nutrients.

    Beef Bone Marrow
Extremely valuable nutritionally rich food. Prized by our ancestors, and rightfully so because it has everything your body needs. You could just live off this and a protein source, you wouldn't need anything else. I eat mine raw, but I source all my produce from my farmer who provides quality produce from his healthy animals.

    Bone Broths
    Good for gut health

This is all I'm going to list for now. But basically, switch to either a Ketogenic, Carnivore or Primal diet. You will soon lose weight, your skin quality will improve and look great, you will have more energy and feel much better and you will live a healthier longer life.

And if you have an issue with your teeth, I would recommend getting an adult palate expansion rather than braces. Palate expansion will allow for room for ALL your teeth and tongue, as it should be, thus producing straight teeth. You should also correct you posture and begin to sit straight, walk straight with no slouching, and have your tongue positioned up to the roof of your mouth. This is the tongues correct resting position. Traditional orthodontic treatment affects and changes your face, recessing the maxilla and promoting vertical growth rather than horizontal growth because of the braces. Traditional ortho treatment often always involves extraction too, which you do not want as this again, will affect the structure of your face negatively.

  3. Hello girls, I have just consulted Namu and MVP for dark under eye circles/ tired eyes treatment. I have been recommended fat repositioning by both MVP and Namu -

    MVP: 1.65 million won
    Namu: 2 million won

    MVP consultation:

Popped in for a consultation with no previously arranged appointment; I was just in the area and decided to see them. I was told to come back later, so I came back after an hour or so and I spoke with one of the young ladies for quite a while, discussing treatment and method for removal of dark under eye circles/ eye bags. Later I briefly saw Dr. Seo who examined me quickly and confirmed under eye fat repositioning would be the best choice. There is no fat graft involved either.

    Namu consultation:

I had previously talked with them over WhatsApp about Dark under eye circle removal. I saw the results of one of the girls in this thread and was impressed. I asked for Dr Kirk, head of clinic, to perform the surgery. I discussed the procedure with one of the consultants there who's English was strong and personality was bubbly and very friendly. Conversation was easy and communication was good. She showed me some results too and yes, they were good. A lot of the patients were local.
I haven't met Dr. Kirk yet, I consult with him this coming Monday however.

Which clinic do you think is best for this procedure? I'm leaning more towards Namu.
I'm also thinking of doing some skin care treatments in either clinic. I'll possibly be having facial for pores and to clear skin, but was also recommended hylauronic acid administered to the skin to revitalise and refresh it. Consultant expressed to me she does this for her skin too.

I'm also getting vline at TFD in the next few days. So will swelling be reduced enough in 2 weeks for me to get the under eye fat repositioning and other treatments?
    Thoughts?

    Thank you!

  5. Hi girls!

I have arrived in Seoul tonight. I didn't manage to get KRW before I came here, I didn't bring cash to be converted for my planned surgeries either. All I have are my cards.
Is it possible to take out large sums of KRW from the atm? Or will I have to go to a bank? I would prefer to get at least some cash for my surgeries because of the discount, you know?
    Thanks!

  6. Hello everyone!

I was just wondering about making a deposit to secure a surgery date with a clinic, what happens if I choose a different clinic? Will I have to pay full surgery fees to the clinic I originally planned surgery since I made a deposit to secure that date and by choosing a different clinic at last minute this would be short notice for cancelling appointment that wouldn't I have to pay a % of the surgery fees?
I am in the process of making a deposit to a clinic but I don't arrive in Seoul until the 26th this month. I just want to secure the appointment as it is with my first choice clinic anyway and fits in perfectly with my schedule. I don't want to risk losing it but I also plan to visit clinics in person upon arriving in Seoul.
I may change my mind and want to go with another clinic later.

So what happens if I wish to cancel my originally scheduled appointment at short notice? Will I be charged a percentage of the original surgery fees?
    Thanks!

  7. Hello everyone, I am about to embark on my plastic surgery transformation.
Definite surgeries will be rhinoplasty, vline and genioplasty with lipo. I may also have acculift if necessary and dark undereye circle removal (I am currently searching for a clinic for this, thinking fillers are the answer?)
Other possible surgeries being considered are cheek implants and/ or facelift (if necessary later after vline despite lipo and/ acculift.)

I will be having my rhinoplasty in Birmingham, England with Dr. Sultan Hassan and have already scheduled a consultation which is approaching soon. I am white Caucasian so this seems a suitable choice.

For vline (to correct asymmetry and balance the jawline, reducing length of the face and balancing the features more), genioplasty (correcting chin and sliding it forward, addressing asymmetry and reducing size) and jawline/ chin lipo, I am planning to schedule with Dr. Lee of The Face Dental. I have already contacted him through Facebook messenger and sent images.
I plan to be in Seoul for 3 weeks and i'm currently booking my flights for end of September to mid October.
Although I am keen on choosing TFD, I am thinking of consulting View and maybe EuDental.

I am planning to arrive at Incheon International airport. Would this be the airport most central to easily access clinics? Or should I choose Gimpo international?
I will also be sourcing my own accommodation independently via airbnb.

Are there any tips and advice I should be aware of for my journey?

If anyone will be in Seoul October, let me know if you would like to meet!

    Thanks!

  8. Go to poland, Moscow, St.Petersburg or elsewhere in Russia; There are many specialists and skilled surgeons and can be very cheap too, especially in Poland.
Dr. Osuch in Warsaw is reliable, Dr. Mateusz Zachara of Polancia-Zdrój too. Very cheap and good results. Moscow, Dr Sergey Levin. But there are cheaper than him.
You also won't be over charged or given discriminatory price for being foreign client either.
I was considering SK for rhinoplasty for example but I've changed my mind and upon extensive research, i've decided to go with either Mateusz Zachara, Sergey Levin, or Dr. Moshak and a few others I have for options.
The only thing i'm going to do in SK is V-line/ FC

  9. The only one aggressive in this forum at this very moment is you Zaza.
This is Denyagan's thread so why are you hijacking it with your arguing?
If you have issues take it to DM. Even better, just stop it already. No one wants to be bothered with this, headache. Especially when people here have just had surgery not so long ago.
Really, you've taken what Denyagan has said out of context. There was no need to take it to heart. I don't understand how people can get so offended over someone's opinion which is based on their personal experience and findings.
So what if Denyagan prefers US surgeons and finds them to be more skilled, what does it matter, what's it to you? :oh:

  10. @Denyagan
It must be such a relief to have the botched surgery finally corrected. Really, it's a big gamble. Spending all that money on the original surgery only to find that there are more costs involved for yet another procedure to correct it because it was a poorly done. Terrifying. At least it's over and things are good for you now.
How much did your surgery with cost in the US? I am looking to get my jawline reduced and chin corrected as they're asymmetrical and would like a more feminine contour. I've been around here for about a year now but haven't made a move yet regarding the surgeries I want, i've just been reading and thinking a lot about it.
I'd go to the US and have jaw reduction/facial contouring with Dr. Dechamps Braly but I don't know what costs I should expect. I have about £20000 - £25000 for funds. And with that I want a rhinoplasty, bullhorn lift, facial contouring/jaw & chin reduction, fat graft or filler (or perhaps a smas facelift) and surgery to correct my tired eyes, remove dark under eye circles.
The jaw and chin reduction and rhinoplasty are the first priority however as these areas I feel strongly about.

What advice can you give me? Make sure the surgeon is a maxillo facial specialist and craniofacial specialist with years experience?
I would consider the US for facial contouring with your surgeon or Dechamps but the prices, what should I expect?

  11. Thanks for your reply, I enjoyed reading it. How are you finding things after your surgery? Happy with the results? You must feel like a completely new you, free of any the insecurities you may have had before and feel very confident. Like you can finally breathe and be yourself fully. Comfortable and happy in your new reeinvisioned image.
I'm excited yet completely riddled with anxiety and nerves in chasing this.
    Very exciting.

Shame about Dr.Choi I read he was very good for noses.

  12. Hi girls, PCP Peonies here again.
    ~ Updates ~

Well i've been very busy the past months and haven't actually went to SK yet to get the aforementioned procedures I had planned on doing. Life and things got in the way as it does.
Now i'm at a point where i'm completely free to do so.

I plan to have rhinoplasty, chin reduction, jaw shave (or vline in place of chin reduct. and jaw shave), fat graft to plump up areas where the face fat has decreased, and possibly a procedure to revive my tired eyes removing dark under eye circles.

My maximum budget is around the KRW 30 000 000 - 45 000 000 range. Possibly including accommodation and other costs within that price.
I am foreigner as you know.
I've thought to decrease foreign price charge by adopting the following:

Do multiple procedures at once i.e rhino and chin reduction, jaw shave/vline combined.

Be aware of local pricing to bargain and settle a more reasonable price.

Attend consultations with South korean local either willing to come with me freely if they are looking for someone to join them in their Plastic Surgery exploits in August/September or by paying for someone's time through some network i.e buying friends.

Agreeing to do promotional material i.e release of before and after photos for the company.

I have made the following notes regarding the areas of concern:

Eyes - Dark under eye circles
    Procedures to address area >
fractional CO2 laser to treat the external skin and also platelet-rich plasma (PRP) which is derived from your own blood. It is actually used for wound healing, but we’ve figured out a method to use it under the skin of the eyelid to help improve the skin quality, resulting in improvement of dark circles.

    > Combine platelet-rich plasma with a filler like Restylane, Juvederm or something in the hyaluronic acid family to add volume

    > HA filler to the area - like belotero or restylane

    > Fat graft

    > Lower blepharoplasty surgery which will remove excess fat and redeposit remaining fat revealing a smoother under eye area.

    > Fillers, lasers, and microneedling, PRP and stem cells

Nose (Clinic: GNG) - bump, deviated septum, flared nostrils, droop
    > Rhinoplasty to correct these, make smaller and functional, golden ratio, symmetry, bullhorn liplift - philtrum reduction in range of 11-13 mms, nose angles at 106 degrees.

》Ask Surgeon: if he uses permanent sutures under the skin inside your nose or dissolvable.
In the US they predominantly use dissolvable under the skin but Ion prefers permanent.
Permanent sutures may serve as a nidus for infection/abscesses which is why most surgeons just use permanent outside the skin to close and then remove a week later.
(I had a reop in May 2016 to exchange the permanent sutures inside my nose with dissolvable ones as I could not live with the anxiety of not knowing when the next abscess would occur and contract my rib graft more and continue to take doxycycline for weeks on end to keep an abscess from returning while the permanent sutures remained inside my nose.)

    Facial contouring/Chin reduction/V line (
    Clinic: GNG)
    Questions to ask during consultation:
Is V line suitable for my face structure? What about sagging? Will there be sagging and facelift needed? How will it age?

Hollows of face, loss of plump and fat and sagging (Clinics: MVP, Fresh clinic):

    > Full face fat graft with top up
    > vampire facelift?
    > Stem Cell facelift?

》Tips - (look into 3-4 rounds of fat grafting to the face. One round with free top up is approximately 2 million won or just under $2k and then you negotiate for one more top up after for 1 million. And make sure you drink at least 1 litre of water a day to plump up the fat cells. And do not take a selfie first thing in the morning as you wake up slightlydehydrated, with slight hollowing in the lids and saggy in the lower face. Wait until you have literally inflated your face like a balloon with a litre of water for that young refreshed baby face!)
(Some notes taken directly from PurseBlog posters and their advice).

I need to know the following:

    Payment:
How do I most effectively pay for the procedures? Card? Cash?
I read that with card there is an extra charge? And regarding cash, how could I possibly even bring that sum of money in physical form..
My banks will have to be notified in advance before I leave so they do not block my cards. This is one of my biggest worries because they are notorious for messing up and blocking my card even when I make purchases for £1000 - £2000 range

    Accomodation:
Good places to consider? Close to the airport and GNG clinic?
How should I prepare and what steps do I take to organise this?

Who is the the best surgeon at GNG for rhinoplasty and regarding the jaw and chin area?? I am considering DR. CHOI?

Does anyone talking in this thread have any updates/progress on their aspiring surgeries??

I have saved a lot of photos of womens' faces feauring the kind of nose i like and regarding the other areas to give a general idea of what i'm looking to achieve within the limits of my own structure and tissue will allow.

I could post photos of my face if you'd like to see and give your opinion, whether you agree with my choice of surgeries or not.

    Thanks very much.

  13. Stem Cell facelift. I think this would work well for you. It is not surgical procedure and is only injection. I don't know about the availability for it in South Korea though or their price. It is pricey in US and in the UK, moderate, ranging from £2500 - £8000
Stem Cell facelift + rhinoplasty. That should get rid of all of your concerns.

Does anyone else know more about when cell facelifts in South Korea? Anyone had one?

  14. @Perceval Oh yes I'm well aware of the golden ratio myself, funny, it was something I was keen to request for my surgery. I heard rhinoplasty and chin reduction (or any kind of surgery regarding the chin area) is good to do together and is often done at the same time so both can be crafted in harmony and good proportion in relation to the other.

Yeah I hope to have surgery in mid June, before July anyway. Unfortunately I can't do what you are free to do which is surgery in May because I don't finish until early june which sucks because I just want to get these procedures done as soon as possible. I will be travelling and undertaking this alone but I'm fine with that. Organising and preparation beforehand will make things run smoothly without complication I guess.
I do feel excited about it and I hope it turns out well.

What are your main concerns you want to address through PS? And how do you feel about it
