anyone reading this do not go to one doc for all ur surgeries like this girl is claiming she did. every doc has their specialty and going to just 1 is not a good idea. even gng separates their docs by specialty, not just allow them to do any surgery they want when they aren't specialized.

i have been lurking many plastic surgery websites for a long time. this one has no lack of shills and promoters. i can always spot the fakeness.so far, the only one i am finding better real results in is realself.

 

Hello, csolare. Sorry if I did not understand correct, but I am confused because isn't the tip supposed to be wider than the bridge? From my research of noses and looking at journals and postings from surgeons, a tip the same width as the bridge is generally not considered aesthetically pleasing, although I guess some things can be subjective. I was told it was a reason many old rhinoplasties look failed, think Micheal Jackson, because the surgeons made the bridge and tip same width. Mind you, your nose looks very nice and cute, it's just the comment I am lost about since I don't really hear people wanting it the same width these days.

Hi, I just finished looking at GNG's discount sale. Is it considered rude to ask for a lower price even with the sale? Also, how much do places usually discount? I know it varies, but is it only a few hundred or can it be up to a thousand if you get multiple procedures? With the sale, it's just barely out of my budget but I really want to get my procedures done there.
