Just confirmed my dates! I will be in Seoul from 5/20-5/30. I probably won’t be getting surgery this time, but I will be going to Banobagi for skincare. Maybe we can go eat or shop! Also, is there a kakao group?
I did not have my eyes done by doctor seo, and I also haven’t contacted my doctor or clinic because I am still debating whether it’s worth it. Are revisions with the same doctor generally free? Is the time unlimited?
Either way, I’ll be in Korea so I may get a consultation and see. Best of luck!!
I’m from the US!
I had my stitches removed three days after, and I literally had no marks or scars or scabs. (I still don’t have any incision marks which I am very thankful for, but highly suspicious of.) im thinking perhaps the doctor did partial incision?
The only reason I’m hesitant to get a revision is because I stayed swelled up for a pretty long time. It’s just a huge hassle because I have to work, and can’t hide at home for two months.
Also, my results are really good. It’s jist that I have way too much skin so it’s very hooded.
I’ll be going in May too!
I’ve been to Seoul many times, and it’s totally safe for one person.
Traveling around is very easy so is getting from the airport to the hotel. Food and convenience stores everywhere!
Hi! I have the same problem as you, but different doctor.
I got “INCISIONAL” des this summer. Flew all the way to Korea for it. The whole point was to remove excess skin which I had a lot of.
However, when my eyes healed I realized that they were very hooded.
Long story short, my Korean friends are telling me I got scammed because I paid more money for Incsional, but was only given non-incisional.
Sigh.... now I have to go again this summer for round two of des.
Hi everyone! I’m wondering if anyone has suggestions for places such as spas to go to after surgery.
I’ve heard that there are places that offer lymphatic drainage, deswelling, circulating-improving, and facial massages.
I plan on going to a Seoul for rhino and/or des so I’m looking for places to facilitate my healing.
Thanks!
(I did a quick search on TripAdvisor and came up with dragon hill spa and yakson house. Any opinions? I ideally want a place that has Chinese or English speaking staff)
Oh perfect! I'll be there around the third week of May in the Seocho-gu area. I'm not super set on getting plastic surgery. I'm studying abroad in Korea this fall so I'm just visiting Seoul by myself for a week.
Edit: My friend might be coming, but either way we're hoping for people to shop or eat with!
Is anyone going to Seoul in the summer for plastic surgery? lets talk!
