  2. Found this on a FB page that explains it in detail. So I agree you don't really need the limo service.

FAQ: What's the best way to get from the airport to Seoul?

Most of us will likely be travelling alone from Incheon airport to a hotel in Seoul, which honestly can be scary since you're in a foreign country.

But rest assured you don't need to be, as at the airport almost all signs will have English on them and there is even an information booth available for foreign travelers, including English!

To help you a little more, there are basically 3 options available to you to get to Seoul (station), which are by AREX, bus and taxi.

    AREX:
You can go by AREX, which is a train to get you to Seoul (station) easily where you then can take a cab to your accommodation.

There are two types of AREX; an all stop one and an express train. They differ a little in price and travel time, but are still really cheap and also have a clear indication in English on where the stops are.

    BUS:
    - You can go with (normal) airport buses that also announces the stops including English, so quite convenient but can be crowded.

    - You can also go with KAL buses that make stops at major hotel chains. These tend to be less crowded and more spacious.

Going by bus is a but more expensive than going by AREX.

    TAXI:
Then if you really want convenience and don't mind the costs then you can also go with a taxi.

There are two different types of taxi's; the normal taxi that goes by the meter and the international one that has a fixed price dependent on the area in Seoul you are going to.

And the good thing about international taxi's are that the driver can speak English.

So we hope this helps a bit in your research and also help you to be a little less anxious about travelling alone to Korea.
