  1. Hi @Dottla & thank you so much for your feedback. You're absolutely right in saying that Korean plastic surgeons don't perform forehead bone burring procedure but rather quite the opposite procedure i.e forehead augmentation. Despite of knowing this fact, i thought there might be some good ps doctor in Korea who would do this procedure. I was considering Korea because it's cheap to have surgery there and if you choose the right doctor, then, voilà you're all set for one of the best surgery experience.

I think i have to look out for US docs because they do forehead bone burring procedure quite competently, but, the surgery is going to be very expensive.

Do you know about any other Asian country which performs this procedure equivalent to that of the U.S docs??

I'm perplexed between hairline advancement and hair transplant, quite a few people have told me that i don't need forehead bone burring but only a hair transplant would fix my large forehead issue. I'm confused ^.^ what do you say??

For the filler part, you are right, again. I do require filler on my right cheek as well as temple region too. I'm not a fan of silicon implants at all unless it is hydroxyapatite implant.

For now, my goal is to lose weight to see if i get a defined jawline. What do you think, is my chin recessive?

  3. Have you ever heard about H plastic and aesthetic surgery clinic?

  4. Hi all, I have been a lurker on this forum for about 1.5 years now since i started looking for ps in Korea & this forum has provided me with so much help. I'm 23 years old & i have acquired this genetic condition called Androgenic Alopecia from my father, and to worsen my issues i have a part of my forehead that sticks out. As far as my knowledge and research goes, i think there aren't any clinics/hospitals in Korea that perform forehead bone burring. As they mostly perform hairline advancement or hair transplant to create the illusion of small forehead which is not what i'm looking for as it wouldn't solve my "sticking out forehead part" problem. I do know about FFS but don't really know which doctor would be a good choice for this surgery in Korea with high patient satisfaction rate.

Also, i have cheekbone asymmetry. My right cheekbone is flat with temporal wasting and my left cheekbone is high and protruded with temporal wasting present on left side as well. At first, i contemplated on getting left side zygoma reduction but my cosmetologist strongly advised me against it. She remarked that my left cheekbone is high & protruded which enhances my facial features and eyes, adding that high cheekbones are considered very attractive.

P.S: i also think that my mandible is short because i don't have a defined jawline. I'm 5'10" and weigh 75kg so obviously i'm not fat but yes i do eat a lot of junk food(mostly potato chips & spicy food). Though, i'm trying to resist all of junk food these days as it has salt and other unhealthy fats that might be making my cheeks look fuller than actual. Also, i have quite bulky right cheek masseter muscle that kinda gives an appearance of pre jowls when someone takes my pics from a distance using mobile camera. I feel uneasy and always concerned about my face. It's like i'm not me with these shortcomings in my face. I don't strive to be perfect, i just strive to regain my lost confidence back with the help of ps.

All kinds of help, advice and suggestions would really be appreciated.

I'm attaching a pic of a guy's jaw that is my desired goal.
