My first and only choice is currently Hanabi Clinic with Dr. Chang Geun-Uck. I haven’t found any other clinic good except Hanabi. I was also considering Baum but, on their website I saw a nose very similar to mine and it ended up looking exactly the same after!

These are the procedures I want done:
Open Rhinoplasty
Osteotomy
Alar reduction
Tiplasty
Bridge Augmentation

I would like a dramatic change (From flat and wide to slim, straight and narrow) although, like most of you have stated, Hanabis’ B/As on their website look VERY natural. I am planning to go for a consultation sometime next year...hopefully it’ll work out and I shall book the surgery the next day; as presently there are no other clinics meeting my high standards.

Is anyone else planning to go to Hanabi and what are the procedures you are

Hi, Hanabi is currently my first choice and I will be there for consultation next week! I'm getting rib bridge augmentation, tiplasty, columellar extension and alar reduction. When are you going to be in Korea?

I was introduced to Dr. Jin by a friend who had also undergone a rhinoplasty with him a few years prior. I subsequently made contact with Dr. Jin and explained what exactly I was unsatisfied with and what my expectations were. Dr. Jin’s English is very good and there were no problems in communicating with him. I took photos of my nose from different angles before arriving in Seoul so that the doctor could get an idea with what the issues were. When I arrived at the clinic (which was surprisingly easy to find), the staff were very helpful, professional, and accommodating. I immediately had blood tests taken. After filling out a health questionnaire, I met the doctor and he told me what would happen. During the consultation, the doctor also noticed that I had a deviated septum and explained that we he would also correct that at the same time. The next day I arrived early at the clinic and it seemed that everything was over very quickly. I was sent home later that afternoon feeling fine. I was given enough painkillers for the week but found that after a few days they weren’t really necessary. The bandages were removed from my nose after about a week and the bruises below my eyes had all but gone after about 10 days. All in all I spent about 2 weeks in Seoul. To summarize, I was very happy with the service I received from Dr. Jin. It is now about 6 months after my surgery and I’m extremely satisfied with my result. Can’t recommend enough.

I had my surgery with Dr Jin from Dr Jin premium nose clinic. I'm writing my review from my experience, but overall, I would say it is really positive and I am so happy with my result. Might want to set up a consult with them if you have the time! Dr Jin is also an ENT and only uses autologous material, his aesthetic also matches mine. Don't want my nose to look out of place on my face, still want to look like my ethnicity. It's been 3 weeks and basically no one knows I had the surgery... it looks so natural and normal. He's very skilled IMO. No scars, and the recovery has been easy.

Hi everyone, I’ve been lurking here on and off for a few years now, but I’ve finally decided to go ahead with my nose in December. I have the typical south east Asian nose, i.e. wide, round and bulbous. I’m thinking either Taiwan or Korea, but want a surgeon that specialises in septal/rib. What are your recommendation please?

his international credentials and there is praise on his work especially in harvesting costal cartilage for rhinoplasty. he's invited and lectures at many rhinoplasty symposiums across the Asian region (Taiwan, Thailand, South Korea, and Japan).

I accidentally stumbled across him whilst researching other surgeons. it wasn't a last minute decision - it took months of researching and emailing to build confidence.

Hi, when are you having your surgery with Dr. Kao? I can’t find anything negative on him so far.... but there isn’t a lot about him out there to start with. Very keen to know how your surgery goes.

This is my first review since I have seen and joined this forum, I am from HK and arrived in Korea yesterday. It's my first time to come to Korea and I came alone. I will have consultation at Banobagi, ID and VIP clinics and I want to do surgery this time (maybe next week?) I am really exciting and nervous actually. Well, I was so sleepy and tired since flight journey and today is also exhausted. Well, it takes around 1 hour from incheon airport to Mercure Hotel in Gangnam. I was picked up by the driver from DFK, maybe use DFK service and they will pick me up at the hotel and being with me tomorrow. I checked in the hotel and fell asleep straight yesterday and I am going to shopping now

My current nose is like common asian nose which bulbous and flat. The biggest problem for me is thick skin on my tip so my nose looks wide and out of shape.My alar is not very big but familiar with circle shape. Also my nose bridge looks wide in front-view.

Once I went to consult with surgeon in my country.He doesn't recommend me to get alar reduction but nose bridge augmentation and osteotomy.

I have online consulted with many clinic which were mentioned here.Most of them suggested me to get open rhinoplasty(silicone or gore tex) with tip plasty , osteotomy and alar reduction. My lists to do face to face consult with are Hanabi , Cocoline and PS101 in August. I will try to contact View PS too.
Do you prefer an ENT or plastic surgeon ?

Hi Cherish, our noses sound very similar! Can I please ask if any clinic has recommended autologous rhino for you? I’m very interested in that... Do you know which clinic does that please?
