thats exactly what ive been saying; some doctors prescribe AB for viruses. flue=virus. Antibiotics do not mitigate viruses. Only bacteria.

 

not necessary .I would suggest just dont take it if the doctor happens to prescribe you antibiotics postop. He wont find out. At least this is what i will do for sure. The thing is ; sedation and/or anesthesia already INCLUDE antibiotics. Most people dont know this. So why prescribe again after surgery? Some doctors even prescribe antibiotics for viruses. lmfao!! We know that anti-BIOTICA only kills bacteria but NOT viruses.

Moral of the story: How can you trust an unknown medication with so many known side effects (eg 1 user here mentioned hearing loss) that is frequently prescribed by doctors who dont even know what it is (virus vs bacteria?) . thats a joke. wake up people

 

"ototoxicity" waoo. I just looked it up. I always wonder how a doctor can prescribe antibiotics for a child. A child should never be given AB. AB are regarded way more harmless than they really are!!

 

ok here is my take on the supposed great chinese doctor who gives antibiotics over 1 week:

- first of all there is no proof that antibiotics can stop inflammation/infection. I am living proof because i have had infection twice where antibiotics could not stop it.

- antibiotics must not be taken for more than 3, maximum 5 days or else it's rendered ineffective.

- since we all have taken at least 1 course of antibiotics in our life, any further antibiotic course will be useless because of the memory effect (happened to me too)

- some surgeons already stopped prescribing antibiotics to their patients post surgery because they discovered they are useless. You can see them talking about it on realself. search for "antibiotics after rhinoplasty"

all the points mentioned, I did not know before and had to learn the hard way at a time when I knew less than an inch about medicine.

this is true what you are saying: prior to 2017 GNG was unheard of . Even my best friend who did tons of research between 2014-2016 has never heard of GNG when I asked him. He did his rhino at VIP clinic by the way with fantastic result.

Back to you: Your nose is very feminine: from the front it is perfectly straight and the tip/lip ratio at a perfect angle for a female. Also the tip is neither sunken nor upturned (piggy) . It is just where it should be. Very feminine. Your nostrils and alar are equally symetric. "nostril show" is not true in your case . Be happy that you have clear nostrils. Nostrils = Oxygen. My nostrils are 3x bigger and I love it. Further: Your profile (side) view again shows the perfect tip/lip angle which is 100 degrees for women. Your dorsum is straight without any humps or bumps. Also: your profile view clearly shows that your spina nasalis is perfectly attached . It holds your lips in place. I have seen many women who got their spina nasalis cut/removed and because of that their lips is distorted. The only eezy beezy tiny thing that could ever come into your mind would be a curve from the side. Some women want that curve. But im telling you : curve on a womans nose is of equal importance to me as a curve on the road Nobody cares.

So... there you have it . No need for rhinoplasty .
I cant believe GNG really wanted to do surgery on you.
Maybe I should go with JW instead of GNG ? What do you think of Dr Suh ?

I was surprised to hear that Dr Seong used her own rib because I went to see him 2017 and he suggested cadaver rib and I know that GNG uses cadaver rib routinely.
I dont know if the clinic is always empty I can just remember when I was there it was pretty crowded with people in the waiting room. Almost all were asians. That was a good sign for me. Besides JW where only 15 minutes after opening the waiting room was filled with asians too.
Regarding your nose : it looks fine from the photo. Maybe show a close up. But you are the one who should know whether you need rhinoplasty or not. If you cant breathe then something needs to be changed. But if you have small irregularities - which every nose has - then I would just leave it alone. Every nose has imperfections. And what I have noticed is that every nose surgery corrects 1 problem and adds another problem into the basket. Its an endless game....

 

i must confess, out of the 10 clinics I have sent emails to, item clinic indeed stands out and clearly distinguishes itself from all the other clinics. how? the personalized email tailored to your wishes and nose. that really shows that they do care about every single patient. also they answer every single question on the same day without hesitation. further, they ask you questions other clinics have never asked me. simply put= THEY CARE!!

side note : all the other clinics i have contacted were also wonderful, fast responding and caring. 100times better than the surgeons we have in the west where you are just a number, have to wait many months for consulting and on top of that pay lots of money for it.
