I recommend you find revision specialized surgeon. I am not sure if Dream and Jk is a focused on revision nose.

 

It is same as artificial implant. I saw their differences from some clinic's page. They say goretex is better implant for thin skin.

If you guys have to do rhinoplasty, which material are you going to choose?

I have monitoring this forum for a long time, and i found there is many revision with silicone implant.

But i have never saw revision from rib cartilage.

Our body has immune system, as my research, our body bad condition, then your body will try get silicone out from your nose. it can be 1year later after rhino. or 5year later or 10 year later.

What about Rib cartilage?

Warping problem.

Then, even Rib has that problem, could it be better than silicone implant?

 

Does anybody know about this clinic or surgeon?
It seems very local and small clinic.

 

Doctor can speak English well, so you don't need to worry about communication.
Communicatoin between surgeon and patient is more important.
Ans also You can call them and ask if there is English translator in Clinic.

You don't need to bring any agency or translator, they may ask clinic 30% of committion for your surgery.

Then your cost can be higher than normal cost..

 

But I suddenly got a curious about that idea. Clinic also spend their money for local marketing, pre-post services and staff.
Does English staff and marketing cost is more higher than local?

My calculation
1) local surgery cost 1,000USD = foreigner's surgery cost 1,000USD
2) local marketing cost 1,000USD > = foreigner's marketing cost 500USD
3) Staff cost 800USD = < English staff cost 1,000USD

30% higher = Surgery cost + local marketing cost + staff cost + foreigner's marketing cost + English staff cost....

It is not fair i think...
Ofcourse my calculation may wrong.

So foreigner's cost includes Marketing cost + English staff + pre and post services that local patient doesn't need.
Then I guess Clinic pay the commission to their ageny for Marketing cost + English staff + pre and post services cost.

 

Did you do with the lower prices?, Wonder what make foreigner's cost higher. it is not fair.

 

I have heard that foreigner's surgery cost is higher more than 20 ~ 40% compare to local cost.
Is it because of their Agency fee or for marketing cost or English staff ?
Anybody know why?

They don’t market themselves so much as ID hospitsl <-- I am sorry but you don't know well about DA^^, They spend a lot of money for marketing and agencies... You can see their advertizement everywhere in Gangnam...

 

I don't know UVOM (it is kind of new one) but know about PS101.

They are very local clinic. Many Korean patient waiting for consultation. and als clinic has opened from a long time ago. I guess can believe. Sugeon is very good but not kindly attitude.. maybe so proude something?? . And no staff to speak English. But local clinic always like that.. no english staff. Anyway, I recommand them

 

There is babitalk (korea app), it is really cheap. suprising price.. But i have question. Cheap price is better for result ?

 

Yes, i think so. cause you don't do bone cutting or moving thins with first step.
