  1. omg what happened to you?!

  2. I'm glad it went smoothly for you...that's true that everyone is different. Hopefully, COVID ends soon so that I can travel again for my surgery!

  3. Some people asked me to share some photos so here are my 3rd-week photos.
When I put my make up on, I don't need to use tape anymore to create eyelids also my eyeliner no longer get smudged!
I don't feel any discomfort/pain and it looks very natural. Can't wait for my next surgery-planning on rhinoplasty and fat graft!
Wish me luck! - Got my surgery at VG(verygood ps) in Gangnam!

  4. I'm excited about your surgery! Please share some reviews after cheek implants. It's an interesting procedure!
Now that I had a good result and speedy recovery, I wanna do my nose job and fat graft too. WIll research more about fat graft and check my schedule for my next trip.

  5. Thank you! Oh yeah, he spoke fluent English, and there was a translator beside him. So there was no problem in communication. The redness significantly got better after a week and disappeared in about 2 weeks. It's totally gone now, of course

  6. I paid about 2.8m
Thank you! ;) Yeah, the nurses also told me that my recovery is speedy compared to other patients. I have 4 packs of pumpkin juice for 7 days and tried to walk a lot. And when I slept I used 3 pillows to elevated my head for 3 days which was little uncomfortable.

  7. There was a designated consultant for only English speaking patients. She helped me the whole time. During the doctor's consultation, Dr.Im and I communicated in English. He is very understanding and caring.

  8. Seems like they are not doing heavy online marketing. I saw some reviews on their Instagram. @verygood.plasticsurgery
I have some friends in Korea and one of them got her surgery there. She looks stunning and the result was very natural.
They seem popular among locals even though it's a new clinic. They have an English consultant and the doctor speaks good English. They were very professional, polite and gentle. My consultant said Dr.Im Youngmin was in JK and Grand and some other clinics for only VIP international patients and has over 16 years of experience in total.
He understood the ethnic difference very well and even took a photo of my face during the consultation and showed me how it would change and it was easy for me to explain to him what I want.
I also got a discount by booking my surgery in-advance and providing before and after photos.
Their price was pretty good and they promised the price too. so that I could plan my trip comfortably.

  9. Hello!
I got my double eyelids surgery, Lateral canthoplasty and vertical lengthening at VeryGood plastic surgery in Korea.
It is a new clinic but surgeons are from JK, Grand hospital, etc with a great amount of experience.
I got my surgery from Dr.Im. (His name was Youngmin Im) and he has 16 years of experience!
I have been researching online for months but finalized it by looking at my Korean friend's result.
I talked to them online and the doctor provided me a very thorough consultation. He was very kind and professional!
He suggested me to get canthoplasty to open the lateral corner of my eyes for harmonious facial features on top of eyelids surgery.
After the consultation with the doctor online, I booked my surgery before going to Korea to save time.
On my first day, I got a consultation and prepared for surgery and had surgery at around 1pm.
I fasted for 6 hours for short sleep sedation when the doctor injects local anesthesia on my eye area and I woke up during the surgery. He asked me to open and close my eyes. My eyes were tearing so much and started to get swollen and it was at its peak on the 3rd-day post-op.
    I went back for a follow-up appointment on the 1st/7th/10th-day post-op.
It was interesting that there was no stitch on my eyelids needed to be removed since the doctor used dissolvable stitches. But the wound wasn't healed properly on the corner so I had to go on the 10th-day to remove the stitches.
My flight was in the afternoon on the 10th-day post-op, fortunately. My original plan on leaving Korea was on the 8th-day but decided to spend 2 more days after stitch removal to travel. The doctor said if I don't have enough time in Korea, I can get the stitch removal in my country too.
Anyway, I was so happy after stitch removal that I could finally wash my face and take a shower.
They said I could take a shower but I was scared LOL
And today is my 2nd-week post-op. I LOVE the result already and it looks so natural, bigger and even!
Oh and a guy asked my number today on the street. I feel It's already paying off XD
I was thinking about this surgery for a long time and finally got it. The only regret is that I should have done it sooner. Not only I look better but also feel so much easier to open my eyes.
Corner of my eyes still hurt a little but he said it will get better as time goes by.
Let me attach some photos for a reference and thanks for reading my long review!

  10. As aging, I losing volume on my face. I was considering fat injection-people said this is the safest and the most effective solution. But I don't want to have surgery since I just need little bit of touch up on the forehead and under eyes... I have heard Scultra is a type of filler but it is safe and it last long. Has anyone had this procedure before?
Does it have any side effect?

  11. Thanks for the info!
