  1. A couple months ago, I was doing intense research on where I should go for my double eyelid surgery. I had monolid eyes and they were starting to hood and sag, not a pretty sight. I was pretty set on Teuim and even booked a consultation with them. I also booked a hotel near their clinic so I could walk back and forth and I thought everything was set. Until I spoke to someone on here she mentioned she booked a consultation with MVP, I started to do research and thought why not book an appointment with them so I did. On the day of my appointment with Teuim, they were closed! I walked there and the clinic was dark. I emailed them just to hear them said they made a mistake as Dr. Kwon is off every Wed. I decided to go to MVP on the same day.

    Consultation: 5/5

I met with Ellen whom spoke perfect English. She explained to me what would need to be done in order for me to achieve the look I wanted. Her quote was less than Teuim. I did not negotiate because I thought it was more than fair. She gave me a discount as well.

    Surgery: 5/5

I am terrified of pain. The thought of needles could make me cringe. However there was absolutely NO pain during the operation. NOT AT ALL. However the first and second day post op, it was very painful for me. Victoria was my translator during operation, she is very sweet, kind and attentive. I would recommend her if you are seeking for a translator at MVP.

    Postop care: 5/5

I don't think I could have received better treatment than what I got from MVP. They gave me everything I needed and explained what needed to be done. There were antibotic, pain killer, pumpkin juice, gauge, ice pack, cotton swaps etc. I could come in for deswelling IV any time as well. They even called me to remind me to come in for treatment.

Prior to making my decision on MVP, I was a little skeptical as I read about a few bad reviews about them. However, after personally went to them and experienced the care they provided, I could almost sure that those reviews were fake. Someone mentioned they didnt want her to go for deswelling treatment, which is false in my case. They encouraged me to go. They offered taxi to pick me up and drop me off at the airport as well. Someone also mentioned she didnt get that. I would think MVP would be consistent on how they provide their postop care and services. And because I got everything she said she didn't, I doubt her credibility.

    Result: 5/5

I love my new eyes. I am only 5 days postop and my epi stitches havent even been removed yet but my gosh, my eyes are beautiful. I am very very happy and I am grateful Dr. Seo gave me the eyes I had always wanted.

By the way, I am a real patient at MVP and no way a promoter.
