Officially 2 months!!

Tip: mentally prepare yourself after you’re first few weeks of surgery. It’s definitely a stressful experience. But the results are totally worth it! Even till this day, I still struggle with worries of my swelling and tightness for my nose and my fc but it gets better!
I feel like pictures speak for itself! Very happy with my progression

well. im not sure about hiring an agent as long as you speak good english,, it's easy to find a clinic by yourself and the most of clinics in korea have in house translators. i have looked up the information on misooda but their deals are not that attractive and it was easier for me to bargain with the staff of the clinic directly. just my personal opinion. ) I love PF sharing more information and those are more reliable to me!

it's a bit awkward. how come people keep taking the negative reviews about VIEW and OPERA here too often?
it was written in Jan.. weird.
I have heard a lot of bad reviews about other clinics (i would not tell the names here but a few patients have died or fatal complications.. at a couple of clinics.. )

I do not know where to start. I found this forum researching. I had cheekbone reduction in 2014 in one of the most reputable clinics in Korea. The surgeon who performed zygomatic reduction guaranteed that in 24 years, he had never had a complication from zygomatic reduction. I ended up with huge gaps in my bones and facial sagging. This surgery aged me 15 years, I am not kidding. My whole facial contours are completely destroyed. I am beyond devastated, especially because now, I can't find a surgeon in the US who is able to fix this. They say they treat facial fractures, but, have never seen a case like mine. sorry that happened to you. who was the surgeon? I have a friend who got the cheekbone reduction revision and she is very fine now. she was stressed out for a while but now she is really good! she's got the first reduction from the biggest clinic in Korea as well. you know there's a clinic promoting revision procedures.. you really need to research well.

As many of you I cannot decide where to finally schedule the surgery.

I am not able to stay in Korea more than 2 weeks so I cannot go to all places for consultation.

I have contacted the below 5 clinics and received answers:

1. Id plastic surgery - good communication with "team" no specific name in conversation. I saw one girl from Paris who is happy with v line there, also I contacted her and she recommend them. The bad thing is that the doctor will not be available on consultation day but on the next day for surgery (other consultant will be available). I am.only afraid that they will try to make my face like most Korean people like. Actually i dont like the baby face. My problem is square jaw and quite wide. I like my chin and I am not sure if the genioplasty is needed for me. I would like to have delicate result to get rid of Square jaw and maybe cheekbone to reduce width.

2. Grand Plastic surgery- also responsive, i also talked to one girl from Europe and she is happy with v line, cheeck bone. But I saw bad comments here about this clinic but no details why it is bad. Do you know someone who experienced bad results there? Can you provide m with the link? Good point is that the doctor is available for consultation and surgery.

3. View- higher price, also good communication. I think they care more if I will do more surgeries. But I am happy with conversation. I have not chance to talk with some one who had the surgery there.

4. Dream - what I like is that they commented my picture and agreed that probably cheekbone and Square jaw reduction is enough for my case, but to be confirmed in face to face consultations.

5. Face dental- i sent the pictures and i like that doctor replied to me (not consultat) and told that i need all v line plus genioplasty.

Please share your opinion of these clinics , I will appreciate you help. It is important to me that I do not speak korean so I need to communicate only in english.

I expect that doctor will suit my preference not the preferece of "overall beauty" .

I am blonde with square jaw so I am completely different than Korean people

JW was slow to respond to my email and it was very difficult to get consultation with them. They are not really on my list, but I went there because they’re renowned for nose. When I went to the clinic, I was told that I could get consultation with Dr. Lee, so I had consultation with him. He was kind and a good listener. However, there were not many pictures of Dr. Lee's nose surgery result. There were not many people in the clinic.

View : This place is not really famous in this forum but I saw them in let me in so that’s why I went. The whole building, all 15 stories belong to View clinic. I waited in the 1st floor lobby and got consultation on the 5th floor. The staff was kind. The translator was kind too. I got consultation with Dr. Lee, he looks a little bit young. Also there were not many people and the consultant was kind. I asked why there’s no patient and they said it’s because now is surgery time and treatment time. And around this time Koreans don’t have surgery, so it’s off-season. There was really no patient and not many pictures of Dr. Lee’s before and after so I said to them that I need to think a little bit more.

I just walked to View and tried to have a consultation with Dr. Yun last week and I could not get the consultation because I did not make an appointment in advance. There were a lot of koreans and foriegners at 4th floor.. They were so busy.. I see. .the patients numbers can go ups and downs. interesting!

Excuse my english skill since english is not my first language.. For girls who were asking me about my experience with view, I’ve done facial contouring and rhinoplasty about a month ago .. Make sure that you have to tell what you want exactly to Sugerons .. if u do FC, u probably should do with Face lift and fat graft.. coz skin will be a little saggy after bone loss . even though i’m 22 my skin is little saggy and double chin so i’m planning to do later.. i really like FC result .. I wanted small cute oval shape and Dr.Yun was exactly give what i want .. and for my rhinoplasty, my face looks alittle werid when i smile at first.. I was so worrying that something might happen to me .. but now i’m turning back.to normal and i’m getting like my new nose after swelling down. And sure i’ll have to wait .. it’s still soon to tell.. Only thing that i sure is FC .. My cheekbone got much smaller and my jaw line .. And aftercare was kind of great too.. Eng translators and others super nice and helpful.. even i.asked alot of question and demanding .. The best thing is aftercare .... Hope you find helpful ^^ Oh if u do rhinoplasty, Dr.Lee is best ..
