Hey KCouture! Just read through this entire guide and thread, and the amount of useful info here is awesome! You rock!

Got a few quick questions for you if you don't mind:

-For bridge augmentation methods, I notice you didn't mention dermis / dermal graft for the bridge. Had you ever considered this / what are your thoughts on this kind of augmentation method? (For reference, I emailed Dream earlier this month to ask for all the augmentation options, and it looks like Dermis is one of the options they listed for the bridge. April 31 does this as well.) I'm curious what you think about this method!

-When you did your fat graft and acculift during your recent trip, did you have those done by Dr. Park as well, or did you do them with another specialist within the clinic?

-How many mm is the incision wound from your acculift, and is it visible? I'm thinking of doing this under my chin, but I'm worried about scarring (like you, I scar easily - I can still see the scar in my belly button from where fat was drawn last time for my nose bridge fat graft unfortunately).

-If you don't mind my asking, how much did you pay for the acculift and also for the fat graft?

-Lastly, have you ever considered permanent fillers (Artecoll) for your forehead? I heard some clinics like Banobagi do this

Which is why I'm not getting cheek implants and need bone grafting to push my cheekbones back out. Cheek reduction does cause facial laxity no matter what. You lose the natural adhesion and lateral structure that the face looks fuller especially the jaw. Thnisbtype of surgery should be banned. I wish I could've tried Botox before doing something so stupid hat has caused so much distressed. I basically paid to have the surgeon aged me faster.

I have the exact issue, my fcae lacks any sort of strong facial bones and i heard about Zygomatic Sandwich surgery but was wondering if Dr can take jaw bone and put it in cheeks, is that possible ?

Can i know how much you paid for the entire package or just the fat grafting?
As i did fat grafting in Istanbul before and i wanted to know if i should repeat in korea ?
Also where are you from ? Korea?
