  1. im also considering a fat graft for my revision des in the future. i know that fat grafts can be tricky though. im not sure if you have less volume in your one eye bc your previous doctor took too much out or that's just natural - i had too much taken out. i know that when ppl graft more fat into their cheeks, it can be a gamble bc you body just naturally metabolizes the fat faster in that area. so if you put fat in that area, it's very likely your body will just metabolize it thus leaving you with a hallow cheek again. most surgeons don't offer refunds if this issue occurs. im not sure how much of this applies to the upper eye area though. i hope this helps in some way and i hope you find what your looking for!

  2. i'd recommend checking out naver and daum for more local information if you're able to read korean. in my personal opinion, i find outline creases to be really pretty, but only if they're done right. i've noticed that if outline creases end up "botched" it's very obvious and harder to fix. i also feel like it's harder compared to in-line creases to execute. i'm currently doing research on des revision bc i need it and have found lots of people are getting revision to lower their lines as they're to high and uneven. but this is just my personal opinion. i can't find it at the moment, but i recall seeing a thread about dolly-looking eyes that seem to fit the description you're looking for! so if you were to just search dolly eyes in the search bar something should come up!

please remember that this is just my opinion. at least for my own eyes, i prefer a more conservative look so please keep that in mind as well. at the end of the day, plastic surgery can be a gamble and even if someone were to pick in-line over out, it doesn't guarantee anything. hope this helps in some way and good luck!

  3. yes this is true! it’s something that i did a lot of research on so here’s my take - it’s better to get the procedure done when you’re younger as the body bounces back easier. icing and applying pressure to the face while you’re swollen/healing is crucial. i have a family member who i resemble the most and as she’s gotten older her face as gotten fatter despite eating clean and being the skinniest she’s ever been. now her fat is sagging so personally i’d rather have a hollow face than a bigger sagging face. i also got a reduction not total removal just in case i ever regretted it. jaw botox only does so much depending on how big your muscles are. this goes for buccal fat as well. i hope this helps!

  4. i actually got it done at a small, local clinic in the states! form my understanding, it's a fairly simple procedure so i didn't feel the need to travel far for it. i didn't combine the reduction with other procedures but i know a lot of people get chin lipo at the same time. lmk if u have any other questions! i'd be more than happy to help

  5. i read somewhere on this forum that topface seems to be less conservative if you're interested. but this is only based on what ive seen which were before and after pictures which only says so much. so far ive contacted glovi ps, wannabe, and mvp. i hope to keep in touch with you to see what you decide!

  6. yes for sure-using only certified doctors is so important. ive also kkt about three clinics and only two responded but werent very quick, but i realize that although i could be a potential client im not necessarily a priority, you know? its frustrating but whatever lol.

have you seen or thought of some clinics or doctors as of now? i cant remember which clinics i kkt i have to check my computer but i can let you know asap. as for the previous clinic i went to, it was not korean. i live in the states and it was a local clinic. im not comfortable sharing who it was as i dont believe my doctor is fully at blame. there was a lack of communication and while all of his other works are good like blepharoplasty, he doesn't know how to do asian double eyelid surgery. even though im unsatisfied with my results they arent too severe.

  7. Hi! i know that there are a number of threads pertaining this topic but i wanted to start fresh.

can people post their experience or research they've done pertaining revision double eyelid surgery? any and all information is welcomed whether you've gotten it done or not-like doctors/clinics on your list/black list, clinics you've talked to, things you've heard, things to avoid when researching or meeting with clinics, consultations, etc. anything is fine! i just need to get all the info i can on this to help me mentally and emotionally at this point. i hate my eyes so much it's caused me so much stress. thank you in advance!

ive had my eyes done twice--first time the scar wasn't deep enough/not folding it, just literal scars sitting on top of my lids. the second time, the doctor took out too much fat so it creases really high. basically, my scar is still there, but doesn't fold in and i also have a crease higher than the scar that looks unnatural.

  8. Hi! Would you be willing to pm me? I also had a messed up eye surgery where the crease is too high. I have some questions about your procedure and it would mean a lot to me!
