Most people are familiar that clinics have price increases yearly on procedures.
I was planning for some plastic surgery by the end of this year, but due to unemployment with this current pandemic, I would rather wait until next year, so I'd have much more saved up. Also, it is very irresponsible for ANYONE to be traveling around this year now unless needed.

SO, I contacted the clinics (2) I have had f2f consultations with (Nov. 2019) and wanted to see their view on this. They have said that they are "unsure" if they can hold the same prices for next year.

Isn't it a bit shocking that clinics aren't extending quotes for another year with everything going on? I find it a little unfair that these clinics can't have a better proposal to this unavoidable situation... sigh

 

Not trying to be harsh, but it's very selfish to travel right now under these conditions. Do more research on this situation and everyone needs to realize that the less people are taking this seriously, the longer this will be an issue.

Anywho- Most clinics seem to increase their prices yearly, and I think they should keep this year's prices for the next to 2 years. I've been quoted by a clinic that I am very interested in & have had my consultation in person last year, but they have let me know that I can't be promised the same prices if I wait until next year ( due to covid-19) which I think is super unfair...

They do seem very professional! I’ve had an online consult with them a while ago, and they were the only clinic to give me a simulation of the results I would get. I’m having an in-person consultation with them and a few other clinics this November (not getting surgery until 2020, but I’ll give feedback on the consultation).

 

Yup, I’m landing in Korea on the 9th in the afternoon, and I’ll be doing all my consultations on the 11th in the morning/noon. No I don’t speak Korean unfortunately! I **heard** that Seoul Queen PS does a lot of alar nose surgeries! I can't confirm how good they are bc I've only heard through others talking but apparently they're popular on other apps like Beauty Social.

omg good luck! keep us updated on your journey I plan for rhino (just for slimmer nose, not intending implant/higher bridge), buccal fat removal, and chin implant. And I highly recommend you shortlist your clinic choices before going.

Are you going to do consultations and surgery all in one trip? If you’re able to go around November (or maybe oct) instead then there’s more people who are going! I’m from the us and am planning to go just for f2f consultations.
