There are good reviews on Dr Park. Closed surgery on nose is rare and recovery is faster. It depends on what you want. His double eyelid surgery is very good too I read. If you want something more dramatic you can always tell the doctor. Also the outcome also depends on the thickness of your nose skin and how close your eyes are. If skin is thick like mine it’s hard to make nose slim and sharp, very risky. If your eyes are close together, a high bridge will make it worse. Just consult and see how...

 

Ok sharing my own experience.
I am Chinese and I have big eyes and big eyes tend to also cause eye bags. I removed my eye bag fats like 15 years ago and they did come back after like 7 years later? THe point is any fats will come back eventually because it’s our genes/anatomy.
Now I’m older and I have dark circles and eye bags. I consulted Namu and Uvom via WhatsApp and both recommended under eye fat repositioning so I deduced it’s really a flaw on my face now (I didn’t tell them what procedure I wanted I just asked them what they can do to make me look younger and have a slimmer face).
I’ve seen some b/a photos of Namu under eye fp so I believe dr Kirk the head surgeon there is skilled in this. Claire from Namu speaks English well and her reasons for under eye fp is to smoothen the bumpy area and reduce sunkeness.
My suggestion is to show your unfiltered photos to several clinics and see what they recommend, then you will know what procedure is best for you. Also I suspect a clinic will not recommend you a procedure they are not skilled in even if you need it, so it’s best to consult several

Oh my! Is stem cell fat graft different from prp fat graft? So confusing! Haha

 

That’s the market price. Go for prp micro fat grafting as it’s a new Technology that’s supposed to last longer. There are good and not so good reviews on MVP and Fresh. There’s one member who did her fg at kim han sung and retention has been good for her. 40-50% retention is considered good already

 

Have you placed deposit at regen? I think you should consult face to face with them and some other shortlisted clinics. Deposits is their way to lock you in. You may want to add 3 days more to your visit in case w/o deposit you have to wait for your turn for surgery.

 

I’m going in mid September. I’m going to to do acculift, prp fg and under eye fat positioning. I’m 44. I have been reading a lot of reviews here and something tells me Fresh is a 50/50 thing. Someone told me her friend hates her fg at Fresh. Sigh it’s hard to decide, really. I’ll be consulting Uvom and Namu. Now I’m keen to explore KHS haha!

1. The French have strong opinions and hate many things.
2. The fact that you started a thread and post your photos asking for comments tells me you gravitate towards PS than not. Once you have this thought, unless something else major happens and takes your attention away from PS, you will always wonder "what if".
3. I did my rhinoplasty at 40 and no regrets. Although it is still not perfect, it's definitely an improvement and improved my overall looks. Some PS procedure may yield good or not so good results for e.g. mono eyelids to double eyelids, as mono can look more sexy on some faces. But if it's a slimmer and higher nose, it will always look better unless surgeon is not skilled.
4. Your front face looks better than side profile. Rhinoplasty and like you said, done with chin implants can improve your looks. Why not try fillers first before surgery? Take progressive steps.
5. Your chisel features and sunken cheeks are sexy. Fat graft will soften your looks. It's a different kind of good looks. Depends what you desire.
6. Most people cant tell when you've had progressive and subtle PS , if that's your concern.

Just nose and chin first! Use eye lid tape if you desire double lid.

 

This 3rd rhinoplasty is done very well, congrats! Do you have thick skin on your nose? I was told my skin is thick so it would be hard to achieve a pointy and smaller nose, can be risky if remove too much tissue...

Hi do you mind showing me your B&B photos? I’d like to reduce he bulbousness of my nose and make it sharper. It’s a revision, I’m happy with the rest of my nose job heh.

Ultherapy is extremely painful and I find that the results you get are not worth the pain. I heard ultraformer (newer generation) is better and less painful. Going under the knife and given sedatives is less painful in comparison haha.
