I think you look great already but if you're really trying to fix some things up then I'd recommend facial contouring and rhinoplasty. Just changing the shape of the overall face and then projecting the nose a little bit can really add to your masculine appeal!
Heya- I think it's more common practice to get the facial contouring first before the fat grafting. When new fat is added to the face, the body needs some time for the fat to take its place. Therefore, if you get a facial contouring procedure before, this could compromise your final results! It is possible to the fat grafting and facial contouring in the same procedure, though.
Yes, both of these materials are super popular for rhinoplasties! Of course using your own rib cartilage is best, but if you don't want to harvest your own rib cartilage, donated cartilage is a great substitute. Donated cartilage doesn't have as much durability as the rib cartilage, but it can be used to create natural results!
If you only did that for one day, no worries, but make sure to stop putting q tips in your nose! You probably won't get an infection but always be careful during the first couple weeks post-op.
You may want to get all your procedures done asap, but make sure you give your body enough time to recover! The basic rule of thumb is 6 months post-op for a new procedure.
I guess it depends on the type of bikini you wear, but you could definitely hide your scar if you wore a less revealing bikini. Since the scar is located near the top ribs, as long as your bikini top is a little larger then it could hide the scar!
I've had a friend who has gotten rib rhinoplasty and she has a 2 cm incision near her ribs and even though it's not that noticeable, you can definitely tell that there's a scar if you do look from a couple feet away
Head doctor, Dr. Park at ID Hospital is probably the most famous doctor in Korea for two jaw surgery. He was also on the Korean Show Let me in as the orthognathic doctor!
If your nose is reallyy bulbous then an alar plasty would be needed. However, if your nose isn't too bulbous, the doctor can reduce the bulbous-ness by heightening the tip of the nose so it will give the front face a narrower and more defined nose.
you should definitely consider: doctor's experience, doctor's b&a pics, prices, hospital's reputation, aftercare system, and last but not least, price!
