The results after 10 months:
Please mention me if I didn’t answer any question.

I made:
- Botox.(Dr. Lee Jin Ho)(I am not sure, there is no big difference).

- Fat grafting.(Dr. Lee Jin Ho) (I am not sure, there is no big difference).

- PRP (Dr. Lee Jin Ho)((I am not sure, there is no big difference + chronic rosacea, but now is better during staying at home all the time because of Corona virus).

- forhead lifting.(Dr. Kim Jeong Min) (Good 60%).

- folding my ear and resizing it. (Dr. Lee Jin Ho)(Good 65%).

- rhinoplasty (top bone reshaping + nose reduction + nasal septum correction)(Dr.Lee Dong Chan)(Good 40%, still big little bit + there is difficulty in breathing sometimes + there is whistling sometimes + uneven nostrials little bit).

In general my satisfaction is about 45%, Still 2 months to the final judge.
Anyway I am using CBT method now to accept my results as it.

I am now at the end of the second month after doing my surgeries!
View Plastic Surgery have excellent postcare service when I am in Korea, also they answered all my questions after I traveled to my country via Whatsapp, but they late little bit to answer my questions. In general no complications after doing all my surgeries.
*The results: actually I am not happy for all the surgeries that I did, but they told me that it is very early to judge, I will wait six months to see the final results, then I will tell you.

I chosen View Plastic Surgery with Dr.Lee Dong Chan, Dr. Kim Jeong Min and Dr. Lee Jin Ho,
I am not sure until now, but I think every thing is going good.
But one of my biggest mistakes that I came here alone! Actually you need someone to be with you before and after the surgeries.

I'm a big believer in self-education. I get a little annoyed when I see posts like "please tell me where to go for rhinoplasty, this is the kind of nose I want." First of all, we all have different assumptions of adjectives (dramatic / natural mean different things to different people) ... we don't know what you look like ... and we don't know the things most important to you (doctors bedside manners, price, aftercare, etc). All people will be able to tell you is what they've read on PF/Kakao ("a girl went to Jewelry and liked/disliked her results") or their own personal experience. And personal experience is valuable, but you need to look into so much more than that.

The best thing you can do is a ton of research. People do so much research on a new car, or on what handbag to buy... so why wouldn't you want to vet your own research on surgery to your face?? Don't trust someone else to do it for you.

I started a Google Doc and gave each clinic its own page. Under each clinic I linked to posts I had found on PurseForum, SoYoung, RealSelf, or other relevant sites. Then I listed necessary info: website, contact information, address. The pro's and con's. Information on specific doctors and their specialties. As I spoke to clinics I could make notes on this document... the price estimate for surgeries, things I liked/didn't like, the doctor's, the aftercare.

Don't just research the clinic - also research the procedures you're looking to get. Before leaving I knew almost every detail of my ideal rhinoplasty: I didn't want a silicone implant; I wanted some kind of osteotomy or bone shaving to make my bridge thinner; tip plasty; alar reduction. I knew the techniques I wanted and what would be suitable and realistic for my nose. When I met with the doctor he commented that I seemed well-educated about my surgery and what I wanted. (As a total teacher's pet, this made me smile.) The things I didn't know were things I didn't realize: I had a slight hump on my bridge I had never noticed before that he shaved down, and besides tip plasty, I could also do short nose correction to have less nostril show from the front. Still, I was educated enough to know what these procedures were; if he had suggested something unnecessary I would have known to question it.

Don't blindly agree to what doctors/clinics suggest because "they know best." Ultimately it's your body/face and you need to be educated and an advocate for yourself and your surgeries.

Because I decided to choose my clinic before meeting them face to face, I prepared a huge list of questions... questions for the doctor, the anesthesiologist, the translator. I felt more comfortable making my decision after having these questions answered - but if you're able to meet face to face before deciding on a clinic, I will always suggest that. You can find my list of questions below.

For the doctor:

What percent of your practice is devoted to rhinoplasty?

What is your protocol in the cast of unexpected surgery complications?

What is your experience with noses like mine?

Do you feel you can create the type of nose I want?

What is your policy on revisions?

Rhinoplasty
On implants:

Do you think my bridge height needs to be raised, or should my bone just be narrowed with osteotomy?

If my bridge height needs to be raised, what implant will you use? If silicone, is it ultra soft?

What is the risk of extrusion or infection? How often do you see this in your patients? I’m very worried about this because I won’t easily be able to come back to have it fixed.

On alar reduction:

How will the alars be reduced? On the outside of each nostril, or inside next to the columella?

What are the potentials of scarring?

On bulbous tip correction:

How will you correct the tip of my nose?

On functionality:

Are there any risks to the functionality of my nose? Breathing, structure, collapsed nostrils, thin skin, etc.

Other worries:

What are the challenges of rhinoplasty on a nose like mine?

What are my responsibilities to have a successful rhinoplasty and healing?

Facial lipo

What are the differences between facial lipo and acculift? What would you recommend for me?

Can the look I want be achieved via liposuction?

Is there any possibility of nerve damage to my face, or other health issues?

How long will swelling last?

Do you think I can achieve the results I want without a thread lift?

Forehead reduction

Are there any risks to forehead reduction?

Is it possible to get hair loss?

Is this a common procedure for you to perform?

Arm liposuction

Are there any risks to liposuction?

How does liposuction cause “bumps” or “unevenness” in fat or skin? Is this preventable?

For the anesthesiologist:

Do you have a full time anesthesiologist? Will they be there for my entire surgery?

What type of anesthesia will rhinoplasty, facial lipo, forehead reduction, and arm lipo be performed under?

For the translator:

Will you be there before and after my surgery?

Can I meet the doctor before the surgery to make sure we’re on the same page?

What is the aftercare for these procedures? Are there any de-swelling treatments?

Does the clinic provide transportation to/from surgery?

I am new here, but I see a lot of posts about promoters that led to bad or botched surgeries, if you share us the bad doctors who use those promoters alternative of sharing the promoters themselves will be a good idea.

I will not talk too much, but I will just quote one great sentence from one of the members of this forum which express all that I want to say about this object.
The quoted sentence is:

stop fooling people. We work so hard, pay a lot of money and suffer a lot through the recovery process. Shame on you for trying to get patients when you know your doctors are not qualified or unable to do proper surgeries.

I totally agree.
I know there are a lot of honest people, but there are also a lot of dishonest promoters.

Please don't damage our big dreams, then our lives will be damaged

i have been botched as well so please do your research carefully, as I heard migo is only famous for boobs but not as much for noses and the doctor is not good with complicated cases

@Big-Dream plastic surgery is a journey with ups and downs. I worry that your suicidal tendencies may not cope with a negative result from surgery. It takes enormous stamina and patience to weather the bad with the good. Often times there is a wait of at least 6 months before revising a mistake. That sad, if you do your research thoroughly and talk to real patients and follow them for up to a year, you minimise the risks of a poor outcome.

And it is only your personal opinion against surgery in Korea which is understandable based on your personal experience and outcome. @NadineP and @krod2017 too had botched experiences in Korea at April31 and TLPS respectively so may also share your opinion of Korea.

However when I asked my top Harley Street UK plastic surgeon about chin reduction surgery and rhino in 2016, he immediately suggested Korea as I am Asian. So in his opinion, Korea can be superior to the UK. I chose the UK surgeon to do the ops as I had no idea about Korea back in Feb 2016 until later.

A friend of mine shared he paid £7k for face fg in the UK only to learn the surgeon had flown to Korea to watch and learn how to do fat transfer. The friend had to get it redone properly with Dr Hong at Fresh in Korea and is now happy.

I had great surgeons in the uk and korea and noticed Korean surgeons suture like embroidery, very fine vs I know some uk surgeons rely on stapling to save on time and effort.

As I have never had surgery in the States I can't comment but would say that it is important to do your research thoroughly to pick a good surgeon regardless of country. During my years of surgical training in both the States and NHS, I have seen both good and bad surgeons in both countries so would not say one country is superior to another. We don't hear as much of botched surgeries in the States or NHS due to a culture of cover ups and secrecy. One US surgeon left a lady quadraplegic and another was still doing circumcisions with disabling Parkinson's tremors! One UK surgeon just pulled the sheets back over a lady with postop abdominal gangrene. As a wise woman once told me, doctors are not gods but humans and there are good people and bad people in every country.

When it comes to things like facial contouring they will probably follow the Korean beauty standard as obviously facial contouring makes your face smaller but you should be able to ask for things like whether or not you want a sharp jaw angle or a soft one. As for things like nose and eyes, They have a universal standard (Big eyes, Tall slim nose) but you should also be able to customize what your results will look like as there are many different types of noses and eyes that are considered in Korea and the west.
