  2. Hi

thank you for sharing updated pictures of your results! thanks also for the smile picture, you look great and really happy with the outcome!

  3. aww cool! after all that hard work in school it'll rewarding to give yourself a gift.
That'd be so cool if we would meet while in Seoul.. I was looking around travel medical tourism companies and they even offer group traveling lol! that's good for a chicken like me lol.. my family really is against me getting double jaw surgery.. so they don't want to come with me.. but i bet if i plan it for next summer my plans will be more organized and maybe someone will be available to come along with me. Im still pushing for this summer though lol

  4. Thanks so much for answering my questions! Yes your smile is a lot nicer! I like how your chin is shorter now and looks more unified with the rest of your jaw lol.
That's so funny I'm kinda in the same situation.. I'm a nursing student here in the US too.. I live in NY.. Unfortunately for me though I started looking into getting my surgery in Korea too late for me to get the surgery before school starts in September. I really wish I could get it but I don't know how soon ID would be able to make an appointment for me... we'll see. How was the travel for you? It would take me 14 hours to get there... yeeeesh.. I hate flying.

  5. Your results are really great! I will now consider ID for a consultation. Medictel also told me that they are known for double jaw surgery, but again I was worried of the negative comments. If you don't mind, can I ask you a couple questions:
Did you have the "no-tie double jaw surgery" and the "surgery-first orthognathic surgery"?
Will you need braces after this surgery?
A couple of people on purseforum had mentioned that the surgery-first approach has left them with their bottom teeth showing more than their upper teeth... what is your experience, is your bottom or top teeth showing more? how is you smile?
    Thank you

  6. I have facial asymmetry and a crossbite. I need double jaw surgery. I contacted a couple clinics but I read so many bad reviews on all of them, so then I decided to contact Seoul National University Dental Hospital (SNUDH) and Yonsei Severance Dental Hospital but both hospital jaw surgery process takes so long: SNUDH said 6 weeks after consultation and Severance said 6 months. I was getting ready to book my tickets for an appointment at SNUDH but they stopped emailing me for some reason... and Severance seemed to not want me as a patient because they quoted me 6 months to 1 year and other people on this forum got quoted 6 weeks. My facial asymmetry is not that bad... it's really only visible in photos... so I'm in no rush i guess. I was also in contact with Medictel (a medical tourism company) because I'm afraid of traveling alone in Seoul and plus I wanted a tour and i like the services they provide.
