Walking into Ruby Plastic Surgery, you are greeted with warm and welcoming receptionists. The clinic itself is very beautiful - modern and chic decor with nice background music. I waited for a bit and was led to the consultation room, where my lovely consultant listened to my concerns. Later, my doctor, Dr. Hu, came in and patiently described my ideal eyes and nose using a diagram. My surgery procedures included natural adhesion double eyelids with ptosis correction, epicanthoplasty, lateral canthoplasty, lateral hotz, and rhinoplasty.
After my surgery experience, they were very caring and provided post op care. It included deswelling treatment, laser treatment, and a care package. I came back multiple times for dressing and cleaning of my stitches, and each time received wonderful care. My eyes and nose results were achieved and I absolutely love it!
