It took me two weeks from making the appointment to actual consultation. But the surgery he luckily had one slot next day so I was able to do it the next day, other wise I would have had to wait another week. If u only have two weeks u should book everything before coming because the good plastic surgeons that are popular locally in Korea all get booked way ahead of time.

I kind of added my updates in the replies but I'll still write a short version!

So I have had A LOT of swelling . I'm the lucky few cases that have unusual swelling like a real balloon and my left side swole up like ... I don't know what's bigger then a balloon.

They did post op care treatment like I mentioned above and now my swelling is a lot better and a lot more even. Im seeing the doctor again tomorrow! Hopefully it'll go down even more!!

I've been gargling a lot and taking all the necessary meds. I can't wait until I can put on makeup.

I'm feeling a bit shy about photos but will do the blur out thing when I can! What apps do u guys usually use to do quick edits like that?

wow, they quoted me 10mil won for V-line ( square jaw and Chin ) . How did you get a consultation date? and how long after consultation can you have surgery? because i only have 2 weeks to stay in korea so i have to stick to the times.

Hello, everyone! I just returned to Canada yesterday and I am a little over 2 weeks post-op. Will be sharing updates and pictures at 3 weeks post-op. Stay tuned!

At the moment, I am healing well. Still a little swollen and bruised. I had to get deswelling shots because I was swollen more so than usual, even though I was walking 10k+ steps every day. Opera offers lighting deswelling treatments that you can go to every day (this is included in the price). I went 5 times. Post-op care, in my opinion, was fairly good. The English consultant was responsive with any questions I had and Dr. Kwon was very thorough in explaining what he procedures he performed and trying to reassure me since I did get very anxious post-op. I'll add more to this later.

I'm just extremely jetlagged at the moment. Will update later. Thanks for waiting patiently!

I am a bit late, but here are my 3.5 month pics!
I fall more and more in love with my new nose tip! The swelling went down a lot (I think that might already be it ! But I've read that noses still can slightly change up to one year)

People keep telling me that I turn prettier and prettier, but they often can't tell tell what has changed. (But I feel like some already have an idea, because at times my nose tip turned smaller and smaller during the deswell process.... Hahha )
My tip is still a bit numb, but I think this might already be gone until next month.

I am still happy that I went with Wannabe and I don't regret anything!

I'd like to share my experience with Wannabe Plastic Surgery Clinic in Seoul, South Korea for a rhinoplasty to correct a large wide and bulbous nose. It has been a month post-op and the results are extremely natural and beautiful, no one would look at my nose and guess I had had rhinoplasty done!

I decided straight away on Wannabe Clinic from looking at their website, even before arriving in Seoul, South Korea I had this feeling, this clinic is special and will do an incredible job! I felt very assured to go with Wannabe clinic and not "shop around". Though I initially got cold feet when the reality of such drastic procedures (I had initially planned to do multiple but got nervous) to a very evident area of one's body through chatting with Alexa, the incredible English coordinator for Wannabe Clinic, I went through, thankfully, with rhinoplasty.

Everything about my experience was phenomenal. From the English coordinator, Alexa, who speaks perfect English, is always impeccably and beautifully dressed with a beautiful manners, and graduated from Parson's School of Design, to all the staff who are very kind and welcoming and the surgery itself, where Dr. Cha spent 2.5-3 hours meticulously crafting beauty. I was in and out of local anesthesia but whenever I woke up, he was, with incredible focus, crafting away with detailed eye my new nose. He is truly an artisan with high levels of ethics and integrity. Wannabe Clinic, I believe, is one of the best rhinoplasty clinics in Seoul, in large part due to the integrity and dutifulness of Dr. Cha and all the incredible staff!

One of my worries was that my nose might look too Caucasian or pointed so I specifically asked for my nose but smaller ... and guess what, somehow, I have no idea how but sheer talent, he did exactly that: my nose but smaller. So if my nose seems to be not very pointed, I specifically requested for it to be left sorta rounded and flat.

My face has so changed from my nose being different, it is a beautiful nose and as silly as it sounds, has helped my confidence tremendously.

If you are looking for a very natural looking nose, Wannabe Clinic is the right clinic!

I just had an online consultation with Wannabe and whoever was on the other line gave some good insights about my nose. They quoted me for 3krw!! I checked out their website and all the before and after results look really natural. I like how the online consultant was so informative as well! I am going to go see them mid-April. Wish me luck!
