I was also informed that the filler can move downward from the gravity. However fat stays after it settles but i heard it takes like a month to settle. Not sure about stretching the skin though. It seems possible.
I heard going with an agent is more expensive as they need to make their cut. I guess it's same as buying a house or car from a dealer. I suggest if the clinic has their own translators, there is no reason to use an agent.
I think the implant is the second best option after sliding genioplasty. I have a friend who did fat transfer and it turned out pretty nice. But she only needed a slight advancement so it worked out for her.
If there is only a small difference in price, I will choose the doctor who I feel more comfortable with. But I don't think I can resist very low price.
