I could not see your before and after photo, would you mind sharing if I can check? I am also looking for a nose job surgeon. Also thought that this review can be shared on Charmfidence app. I mentioned about this on other thread, seriously if all reviews are written on the app, it will be so much easier for us to research about the clinic, treatment. The review systematically organizes the before and after photo, treatment, clinic, and doctors. I really liked their summary style so can save to keep it for reference. Just thought that it will be beneficial to all of us. Surely I would like to do the same thing once I am done with my nose job.

 

Hello, reading all your reviews again, very detailed. but I still could not find the price!!! haha Purse Forum thread makes me crazy lol.. can you please share how much your two jaw surgery was? Also did you have quotations from other clinics as well? I mentioned about the review on other thread. Seriously can everybody write the reviews on Charmfidence app? It is standardized with price, treatment, doctor and clinic name so it is easy for us to follow, read and save with before and after photo. All this thread is very helpful but seriously so time-consuming to read everything and dig out the information..

 

Hey I saw that new app Charmfidence for Korea plastic surgery review. I just thought that after reading all the reviews in Purse forum, it is quite a time consuming and frustrating as in all the reviews are not too standardized without before and after picture. Your review is helpful but missing how much it was and before & after picture. I saw many of us are interested in two jaw surgery in this forum so thought that if we can leave a review as detail as possible, it will be very helpful for our community. Like we have to ask questions multiple times to finally identify the quote, doctor and etc. Can we please write the reviews on the app possibly so we can easily check which treatment, price, doctor name, and clinic? I am literally building up the data for records of reviews now on my excel spreadsheet, seriously hell, it takes so much time and no photos!!!! So just thought that everybody writes the review systematically on Charmfidence the app, can be beneficial to all of us. Of course, I am happy to share my reviews once done with my treatments.. Especially bad experience reviews. I just hope that app does not take out the negative review but should be okay if we write based on fact with objective photos lol( if photo says botched, what else can they do ?) Just little initiative. I am also interested in face contouring and jaw surgery-related and nose, the photos are very important but it is difficult to check here. have to dig out so many old posts. argh. would be nice for people to write there and just can click to see and we all can save if possible.. let me know your thoughts haha

Just read your reviews, very sorry to hear that. Hope your next surgery goes well ! After my few experiences, no matter what kind of style that we wish for, doctors normally stick to their own style. So just need to find the doctor who has the similar style that I want to have. Korean wouldn't do surgery for that L shaped jaw line, in fact I never heard about any clinics promoting about L shaped jawline as their signature style! If any of my friends want to have L shaped jaw line, I should not ever recommend Korean clinics, good to know, thank you and take care!

 

Hey , I found out app called Charmfidence. You can raise a question and can receive the quotation on multiple providers. It looks like quora but you can upload your question anonymously so nobody can't see your pictures and profile. I saw that one of the users raised the question about it but the user did not seem to be required for the surgery. Many clinics suggested not to have a surgery and so no quotation info. The quotation should be around 10M~20M KRW. I think that you can share the photo on the app and see if you will be really required for surgery ( my friend told me that two jaw surgery is really painful...)and check out the quotes from multiple clinics, I got quotes on my nose as well. Hope it is helpful for you!

 

Actually I also found out that Charmfidence app is quite useful. I raised the question and received a number of answers. Currently considering one of the clinics to have my nose job.

 

Your review is comprehensive but sounds very advertising honestly... I think that people would want to know more about how you found this doctor, what made you decide to choose him over others? I like to know more about it too, thanks.

 

This is really because of legally approved broker market with the regulation ( can charge up to 30%). For the clinic's perspective, they need to maintain the relationship with the agent and can't make them pissed off hence they are maintaining the market price a lot higher than local. And funny thing is that brokers are promoting that 'Our service is Free and no matter whether you go with us or not, your price will be SAME' , I know some of the clinics are very depending on the agent's lead so they are reluctant to provide the price-broker fee to us but some of them are providing the mark up price as first quotation and they discount 20% ~30% as final price typically. What a waste of time! silly. Walk in price and the price with the agent should be definitely distinguished. Brokers should fairly charge based on the amount of the service that they provide as well rather than commission base!

You need to find the revision rhinoplasty expert who is good at bulbous nose and making sharper rather than natural look. Dream seems to be well known for natural change. In local site research by Korean term '화려한 코=slim with high tip nose', I checked Trend, Rococo , Top class are well known for it. But please make sure that you are aware of the risk of higher tip could involve aggressive procedure and would possible cause another side effects such as contractured nose or inflammation..

 

I also would be careful about recommendation. This is one time life decision and should share your experience more objectively. Although I can see your good outcome.

 

Hi Strawberry, hope you are doing well. I think that this is the issue of having an agent. They should consider a fixed fee for the service that they provide for translation, pick up and etc rather than' commission', which would bring a conflict of interest. Also, it seems that it is difficult for them to be neutral if their compensation is based on the amount of treatment that we will get. Did you share the review in any other forums before? I think that this has to be more widely shared so people can understand better before making a life decision. Thanks for your kind sharing and it was really helpful. Cheer up.

 

Your nose looks good but just one thing that I am concerned about and you should know is consequences of using Goretex. I used goretex for my first nose job , it was good shape in the beginning but it has been slowly changed and gotten smaller( hope u are aware of this) hence many surgeons these days are not trying to use this implant as in the designed shape would not say in the long term. Of course there is no way nose will stay look same but the implant has higher chance compared to silicon. It is a bit hard to remove when you require the revision but experienced doctor can do so do not worry.. ( I am not saying that you will need but just in case) thought that this tip could be useful for others

 

I saw some of the website allowing you to screen out ENT or nose doctors. I am actively using the new app called Charmfidence , which you can screen out list of doctors based on the areas of treatment.

 

You did seem to research well, 101, 431and cocoline all are well known for revision rhinoplasty. 101 more focuses on recovering in terms of functionality, some people in the end not so happy with the result in terms of feature despite the surgery result is good. For 431, he is well known for revision on contractured nose.

 

No, fat graft would worse make it worse. Probably need to look into option for face lift or threadlift.

 

I think that you need expert consultation. I heard that there is a criteria about some jawline degree if you need two jaw or face contouring instead. Share your photos to different clinics so that they can give you better ideas. I saw the app Charmfidence connecting to different clinics and clinics directly responding to the users. Maybe it helps or medical agents unless you like to dig into all the clinic websites.

 

What is the criteria of blacklist? Every clinics must have patients who would not be happy with their result. And they will talk about bad things about clinics I think important thing is the chemistry with clinic and doctors. Analysing about their b a photos etc

I heard the app called Charmfidence for foreigner version. It also has the list of clinics/doctors. Actually raised request for quotation and received the quotes from multiple clinics. I also saw many B&A pics from clinics
