I am looking to get my zygoma reduced to narrow my wide face. Am I good candidate?

I’m also thinking of getting ptosis correction, epicanthoplasty, and rhinoplasty.

Has anyone done Quick Zygoma Reduction? If so, how was it? Any recommendations?

I want a slight reduction because my cheekbones are much, much larger than the my jaw. I have large protruding lateral and 45 degree zygomas. After jaw surgery, everyone keeps commenting that my face shape looks like a diamond shape. It's really annoying.

However, I want to retain some cheekbones because they add definition to your face and I prefer the western beauty standards.

I was recently notified of the many risks of zygomatic arch reduction, so my doctor recommended this procedure instead.

However, when I search for this procedure on Google, nothing comes up. Could some help me find before/after pictures of what he's talking about? Or does anyone know about it? Should I do this procedure instead of zygomatic arch reduction? Will it help my face look more narrow?
