I suspect they used filler injection during post op care. That's why the results looked so good after 1 month... At that time i just asked the surgeon what was it for, he told me it was for better recovery and because of the language barrier i didnt insist. But now i'm growing more suspicious.

To be honest i can't throw shade at namu yet. I sure am disappointed with the results but before that i had several consultations with other clinics and most of them told me that achieving the perfect result would be hard because of my very thick skin hence the results would not be 100% predictable. So a revision rhinoplasty might be necessary. I think this whole thing is kind of a lottery. Some surgeons might achieve better results but some might worsen your actual look. To me it is definitely better than before surgery but not as good as when it was 1 month post op...

(they have 2 surgeons that do rhinoplasty. Dr Min and Dr Kook. I went with Dr Min)

 

Hi shubertsamson. I'm just as the same as you. Had a primary rhino at Namu. 1 month post op result was terrific. Now after 9 months, it's settled and i am extremely disappointed with the results. My tip was straight and sharp now it became round and overall my nose looks crooked... I'll wait the 1 year post op then try to contact them again to see what they can do but i dont have high hopes. I'll probably need to consult other clinics too

I'd say ideal is staying 2 more weeks after surgery is done.

 

They appeared several times in the blacklist thread. But i don't think Namu would put their reputation at stake with a shaddy doctor.

 

I had rhinoplasty a couple of weeks ago with this very doctor. I was kinda worried as he was from wonjin but I can definitely say he is legit. During consultation he was very comprehensive. He even suggested me to not do alarplasty because my skin was very thick and that would give me a unnatural look which I didn't want. So that reassured me a bit. And so far I am quite satisfied with the result. My nose looks definitely better and people whom I didn't say I had a nose job couldn't tell. Sorry for the short message, I m still waiting for my nose to settle more then I'll write a full review.
