I’ve been trying to warm you guys about skin sagging and the danger of cheekbone and jaw reduction- yet, people don’t listen and continue to go for this procedure. This surgery bought my nothing but pain and depression and insults on a daily basis. It’s true, your muscle and skin will just fall rather then sculpted up. It’s a complete nightmare. Just so I am sure I understand, jaw reduction isn't the same as two-jaw surgery, is that correct?

May I ask how you came to save up 30k usd? I need to start my saving journey too but I'm not helped by the support of family. I'd appreciate some helpful tips.
