Can someone with experience tell me the difference between incisional and nonincisional DES? Is it true nonincisional DES has a higher rate of coming undone? I heard it could be up to 5-7 years before the eyelids need to be redone sometimes. I always thought DES was a permanent procedure.

The nonincisional technique is easy, has a fast recovery and produces no visible scar, for the incisional technique it shows a natural-appearing and long-lasting double eyelid. I had mine at Dr Colin Tham, https://www.colinthamplasticsurgery.sg/
