Hi my side view actually looks very similar to urs, weak chin, wrinkles on cheeks that make cheeks appear fat. Im planning to get a chin implant or a genioplasty but I would rather choose implant because that's less invasive and reversible. I was planning to go in March/April before coronavirus got so serious.. I had spoke with Dr. Lee at the face dental before through Kakao and his English is good. If you contact him you will be speaking with him directly and his clinic has good reviews, I've never come across a bad review. He specialises in maxilofacial surgery so perhaps u could consult with him about ur jaw concerns? they don’t have an in house translator. I asked them for recommendations on a translator and they brought one in for me. Since I scheduled surgery with them they ended up waiving the fee for the translator sorry I don’t feel comfortable sharing my b and a pics..

My eyes are still swollen and I can see that my eyes are becoming more and more natural each week. My eyes have changed dramatically but in a natural way, like you described. I am worried that because it is still quite swollen, that the results that you see will be very skewed.

Sooo I actually got refused by ITEM because they started a policy where if you flew in from a different country and have not stayed in Korea for at least two weeks they won’t allow you in the clinic. They’re trying to be cautious for the coronavirus I guess.. even though i tried telling them there’s no coronavirus cases where I’m from and showed them my passport. I did my surgery at Mate plastic surgery with Dr. Kim. I’m actually glad because the prices there are much lower and the facility looks more updated too. The doctor was super nice and detailed. My eyes are still swollen so can’t say if it turned out how I wanted but I didn’t have much bruising and no post op infection.

My best friend also has a short inward chin. Her concern was the side profile.
The doctor suggested her 2 different procedures.
1) genioplasty- cut and move chin forward
2) implant
She chose implant because it's less invasive and can be taken out if not correct size or style. It turned out well and she looks very natural. I touched her chin lol and it feels normal. No loss in sensation, healing was quick and very minimal swelling but I think that depends on individual... I literally saw her next day after surgery and she looks same lol. No swelling, just a chin bandage haha.
Oh yea, she paid around 1.5k-2kUS for it... Don't remember what clinic. Was a local Korean clinic though

All in all my face looks basically the same as it did a few months ago, with some minor positive changes from the a lot of the rest of the swelling going down.

*Nose*
My nose looks less "fake" overall. A concern I had during swelling was that my bridge seemed a little too high, and slightly off center, but now it evened out and looks a lot more natural and is what I wanted. I didn't get any of my tip reduced so my nose is still kind of bulbous, but I think it suits my other features better than a thinner one might have.

*Eyes*
For anyone who saw my previous photos, my eyelids are pretty much the same except the crease dropped ever soo slightly and they look less "deep"(?) and more natural. There's a tiny scar line but it's not noticeable at all unless you're like 1 inch away from my face, and if I'm wearing makeup it's basically not there hahaha. I find tiny creases with bright eyes really pretty. For that reason, even though my eyes don't fit most people's aesthetics, I'm highly satisfied since it's exactly what I asked for.

*Chin*
I heard somewhere that a lot of chin implant patients get their implants removed so I was pretty concerned about this. Honestly, I've had 0 issues with my implant so far, I usually forget it's even there.
